You have done well there, years and years a go I had a case with a UKGC licensed one and Lloyds refused the chargeback so I was left without £500 deposit I won around £3000 and no access to any of it. I think the reason was I deposited via PayPal and they claimed that I wasn’t who I said I was despite providing all evidence. Bookmaker was part of TGP Europe, forget the actual name.

Mal hand aufs Herz schatzi 😉

Clearly, you don’t fully understand gambling addiction. With advertisements showing streamers winning millions 24/7 and casinos being sponsored everywhere, it becomes even more challenging for someone struggling with addiction to resist the urge to play. The right course of action would be to ban all gambling advertisements and shut down every unlicensed and illegally operating casino

Was soll man noch machen? Möchtest Du auch hierzu Links ? Alles ganz einfach zu Beweisen. Oder leicht selber bei Google zu suchen.

Mate I played on jokabet (ninewin) sister site and they’re denying me a refund despite the fact I’m from the Uk

The issue is addicts will always try to play, same as any addict it’s a mental illness (Recognised as a mental illness on NHS in UK) and needs support and will power I don’t blame any addict for still doing their vice. I can honestly say 90/95% on here would have quit a long time ago if it was that easy, some will never relapse others will do again, and some forever. The governments do need to do more but the same as alcohol etc they don’t care enough, I wish it was as easy as saying to people stop this won’t happen thing is it will.

The main thing is to support each other on here, hope people get their money back and don’t relapse. That’s an ideal world and as many have stated before no one advises trying this after being successful over and over again as it is free rolling, but a little empathy goes a long way and if people can assist each other we then have to trust them to try their hardest not to do it again.

Casinos all ways win fact!! Providers user computer technology that monitors your IP address and your playing habits and adjust your win ratio to lose = my experience which can't be provided but know it and have had enough. Seek help if your experiencing addiction problems until you can reprogram your brain to see it as a waste of time and 🤑 I played at American online casinos and on them you have 0000000000000000000000000+ of winning it's a complete con!! It's all negative psychology used by providers to program your brain that's why they let you win at first and then keep taking it back. If you get 🥳 before you play because you have convinced your self that this time it will be different and then it turns to 🤢🤬😭🤪 Then seek help you could be bi-polar or it could just mean you need to find something else to do in your free time and you just need to recondition your brain.🧠 until the usrges subside. I'm probably wasting my time making my posts because it's getting away from the discussion but if it helps one person either quit or control their habit then it has been worth it.

Keep it real 😍

If you have asked your bank to decline every deposit you make to a casino because you have a gambling problem and can't control your impulses and would like help and they agree to it. Then if the casino uses incorrect merchant codes to bypass the block then I feel you have every right to ask for cashback when you have come to your non impulsive urges mind. So good luck to you if you haven't asked the banks to block recognised casino gambling codes I think getting your money could be more difficult. After all win or lose you have had your credit and known if you kept losing you were conned!! Slots use a computer program to make sure the casino can 1) make a profit 2) pay providers 3) pay running costs and wages and advertising etc. where has that money got to come from YOU!! ( Unless you win big and quit) There is a reason there's at least 1000+ casinos think about that before you deposit!!

Keep it real 😍

This is another thing about the Curacao casinos that are using third part payment methods:

Curaçao eGaming Regulations on Third-Party Payment Solutions and Incorrect Merchant Codes

Curaçao eGaming, as a well-established licensing authority for online casinos, enforces strict regulations to ensure that all licensed operators adhere to international standards of fairness, transparency, and consumer protection. These regulations are designed to protect players, ensure legal compliance, and prevent fraudulent activities, including issues related to third-party payment solutions and the improper use of merchant codes.

1. Third-Party Payment Solutions

Curaçao eGaming requires all licensed operators to ensure that payment transactions are processed through reliable, secure, and properly regulated payment providers. The use of third-party payment processors is permitted, but these processors must be fully compliant with relevant financial regulations and ensure that they are registered with appropriate regulatory bodies.

Operators must ensure that:

Payment providers adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Transactions are conducted transparently, and customers' financial data is securely handled and encrypted.

Third-party providers are legally authorized to process payments and are fully regulated to prevent illegal activities, such as money laundering.

Failure to comply with these rules can result in serious consequences, including penalties, suspension of operations, or even revocation of the operator’s gaming license.

2. Incorrect Merchant Codes

Merchant Category Codes (MCC) are used by financial institutions to categorize transactions, which helps prevent fraud and ensures proper reporting of payments. Curaçao eGaming mandates that all casinos and online operators use the correct merchant codes for transactions related to gambling.

Using incorrect or manipulated MCCs to disguise gambling transactions is considered a breach of financial integrity regulations and can lead to significant legal consequences. Casinos that use incorrect merchant codes to bypass payment restrictions or evade regulations are in violation of Curaçao eGaming’s standards.

These violations can result in:

Penalties and fines for improper handling of transactions.

Revocation of licenses for serious or repeated violations.

Increased scrutiny and audits by regulatory bodies to ensure future compliance.

3. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Curaçao eGaming takes any violations related to payment processing and incorrect merchant codes very seriously. If an operator is found guilty of manipulating payment methods or using fraudulent merchant codes, they can face:

Revocation of their license to operate in Curaçao and potentially other jurisdictions.

Legal actions from both the authorities and affected customers.

Heavy fines imposed on the operator, which could negatively impact their business operations and reputation.

For players, if they believe a casino is using improper merchant codes or third-party payment processors that do not comply with regulations, they have the right to report these issues to Curaçao eGaming and other relevant authorities.

This means that they must refund the deposits.

About this, check the reply. I did send this to casinos for some hours ago, got a total of 3 replies now with refunds from different casinos, a total of 4.631 eur. (spread)

My email: (could not add the whole email in one pic)

Their response: (REFUND!!!!!!)

Rules are rules, i guess the casinos are not willing to get their licenses canceled.
