It is not possible to change it just like that, you know. We really have to know that it is not correct from our users when they submit a complaint, and it is really proven that the casino doesn't pay as they state in their terms. 🤷‍♀️

Tomas will always explain everything you need to know about the complaint. I don't deal with them, but believe me, Tomas as well as anyone else gives them the highest attention. There are some cases that are not in the player's favour in the end because if Tomas is convinced that the whole thing is based on the casino telling you to keep playing, there's not much he can do about it and you can't get a refund based on that.

However, I think that as far as cashback or tournament winnings are concerned, that should be addressed if you didn't get any winnings or if you didn't lose them.

Yes the RTP isn't 96.23 it's 95.49 as informed by stats when game is loading.

Hello, I have a problem and I dont know how to solve it, maybe somebody was in the same situation before.. I made my first account in DEL ORO Casino, after that I immediatly send them my ID and selfie for verification (it was at night 5/6 April at 00:30), I deposit 10€ and started playing on slots. After few spins for 0.20€ I hit the rare whole board jackpot (0.20€ x 15.000 multiplayer = 3.000€). And the problem is that I still didnt get my verification (on website its saying „verification in 48hours" and im waiting a week already). I spoke with few customer supports, they are making empty promises and trying to make me play more [I have photos of the conversations. For example one supporter said that they will happily made my verification the next day (it was in Monday), after this lie I tried to spoke with the same supporter but they never send to my conversation this woman again.] 


Is there anything I can do besides waiting and praying?
