I was just looking at it. It's a standard response from the casino, but it's not okay with me that it's taking a month.

I’m level 8 on the vip program with sky crown and my vip manager won’t acknowledge my messages on any platform it’s ridiculous and then the casino has the hide not to pay me out either after jumping through all there hoops and reverting my kyc and all I’m still waiting and it’s been a month as I stated before I’ve had a withdrawal sitting there since the 13/11/25 for 7500

I’ve been waiting a month for payment of 7500 and have another 13500 in other withdrawls pending as well but they won’t pay me out
