Es Zeit verschwendet mit Ausreden, und man kann regelrecht spüren wie die Zeit schinden um noch mehr Ausreden und lächerliche Gründe zu finden um nicht auszuzahlen.

My story probably isn't any different.. a full week ago, I made a withdrawal after a legitimate deposit and play through was complete. Did not use any Bonus. THEY ARE NOT PAYING ME! I have e-mailed support@ritzslots.com & management@ritzslots.com multiple times yet not one reply. The people that get on chat just copy/paste the same answer over and over with no helpful information of when one can expect any progress at all. I asked the chat with a Supervisor and was told there wasn't one?? How can that be? I had my KYC verified 2 months ago. I am a legitimate depositor, no bonus. It’s been over a week now and I still get the same clipboard responses such as:
