yea iv done all that , trust me when I say I could tell you what that guy was wearing yesterday , lol I am the reason they dont have a business license anymore, iv talked to their government officials, ours, gaming commissions and everyone in between, and have a ongoing lawsuit against him .

Yeah godaddy won’t do shit they actually protect him with Domains by Proxy, LLC. But I’m glad you’re doing something.. I too have thrown my hat in the ring by having my lawyer send a cease and desist letter for starters but Mallikarjun Prabhu is who is in my sights and I am a very tenacious individual especially when it comes to holding scumbags accountable for being scumbags

I had my KYC verified 2 months ago. I am a legitimate depositor, no bonus. It’s been over a week now and I still get the same clipboard responses such as:

"Alex: We’ve received an update from the Compliance Team confirming that they’re currently waiting for the game provider to complete their review. Once that is done, it will be processed accordingly. No worries, I'll go ahead and make a follow up for you."

or:

"Rica: We understand your concerns and are processing all requests as quickly as possible. Delays are due to a high number of requests and the time needed for game providers to confirm winnings. Larger winnings require additional review by our compliance team, which can take longer since game providers support many casinos."


i have asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told there is not one. I have even contacted the game provider for which I won my little bit of money on which is B gaming and they told me they have never heard of such process that Ritzslots.com tells me they are waiting for.

Interesting, but the agents agree on one thing, and that is that the game provider should do some kind of check. That's normal when you win money. But you say you contacted the game provider. They usually don't respond to players. So can you show me what they wrote to you?

No response from management for a month.

I sent management an email almost a month ago. Since then I have sent several more emails. Not a single one of them was ever answered. When I get on the live chat and then ask Support about them they always say they are going to follow up and to please give it more time. I cannot believe it has been almost a month, and I have not heard from them. I will never make another deposit on here again. You will never get to talk to a manager and you’ll never get a response to your emails. file

Hi there, I have never posted here but I felt like I need to so I could spread the word about Ritz.


1. I won a jackpot of around $50,000 on a $100 bet. I then began my withdrawal process which they only allow 10K per request. I requested my first 10K and it got approved. I then requested the next 10K and it has been sitting "processing" for over a month now. I go into support chat twice a day and the only response i get is "We are waiting on the game provider." I started to get more indepth with the support and have only been given the most generic responses and from what I have gathered, this is happening to many players.


2. I am not 100% sure but I believe their leaderboards are rigged. I am pretty confident that the casino plants names with played amounts increasing based on the player base's leaderboard positions. For example if you are in first with 10k wagered, the site would plant a player above you that wagered 15K to force you to think you need to wager more to secure the first prize.


PLEASE PLEASE avoid Ritz as if you hit a big win, they will just decide to not pay you out for months (hoping you will just give up on trying to receive it). Along with terrible support and business practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

May I firstly ask what request you have for the support, please?

That's crazy you don't get a reply for this long, really.

They actually have a safety index of 3.6 and many unresolved complaints here, which means that something is really not right there.

First it was about asking them for a free loyalty chip for all the money I’ve lost and then about deleting my account. When I ask support about deleting my account they say I can deactivate my account on their site but that is not the case. You can only take up to a one month "break" but there’s no way to permanently exclude yourself. I told the representative this and I was ignored. Other times I get told to contact management through email, but no one has EVER responded to a single one of my emails. How am I supposed to permanently delete my account when they don’t even respond to emails?! Support through chat always says to give it more time because management is so busy. Lol. It’s been a month and none of my emails have been followed up on. Any other site you will hear back from a pit boss or management within an hour or a couple hours. I can’t even get one response from Ritz Slots management. I am beyond mad and frustrated. It’s not right and this is not ok! They are also not licensed. Wish I would have looked into this sooner.

Something is seriously wrong here. I actually DID get paid a 10K withdrawal about a month and half ago then i requested another 10K from the SAME WINNINGS and it has been held up ever since.


I currently have around 30K on my account with a 10K pending for over a month.


After talking to support multiple times they are "waiting for the game provider to approve the winnings" which I'm telling them makes no sense because my last withdrawal is from the same winnings lol.

I'm really sorry for this situation you got yourself into.

If you wish, you can try the hack with changing your password to this casino by some of your close ones and never telling you what it is, actually. This way you won't be able to go back even though your account will remain open.
