I think I would think the same way and I would prefer not to play in casinos if such unpleasantness were to happen. Either way, the casino always has an advantage over the player, who usually loses his money there in the end, so I understand your feelings.

Yes it is only reason. They just said that they have to see that rapid transfer to pass the KYC. please help me

file they sent me this. But the problem is that in the bank statement there is no thing called rapid transfer. So it cant be seen. So frustrating. They can see the transaction ID:s and all but still want to see that rapid transfer deposit to their site. for what?

I've noticed alot of people not being able to access their winnings. What I had to do to get mine was to send them NOT a bank screenshot but a saved version of my bank screenshot somehow this allows them to release your funds. As soon as I did this no changed to yes. Try this and let everyone know the outcome please

As a follow-up I have never gambled at Ice Casino since it left a sour taste in my mouth. I plead with you do not give them your money. You will end up in a nightmare. Thankfully aware to this nightmare site.

Oh, I would say that screenshots of the bank statement are not taken in most casinos and they often want a pdf form. But I'm glad you were able to verify yourself there in the past and withdraw the money in the end. How long did it take you ? Do you play at any other casinos ? 🙂

It took about 6 weeks to finally get my money. Thankfully I never gambled a cent while waiting as I think this is what they want you to do and you end up losing all of what you had one. Be careful do not fall into this trap. Thank you again to this forum for helping to get my money. I'm not a faithfull gambler I only do it now and than maybe a few times a year. My advice is to stay away from IceCasino as even the customer service was terrible. Just an all around bad feeling for this site.

Thank you for describing your experience with the casino and giving me more insight into the situation you were in. 6 weeks is not a short time, so I understand why you are of that opinion now. It's certainly not pleasant if you play occasionally and even from those few times you have to deal with some problems.

I have made one ice casino withdrawal but the balance stays the same no matter what I do and it doesn’t let me withdraw my money I don’t know what else I can do I have tried so many times but it’s like this casino is a scam I don’t know I even contacted their support and not only it’s not live but after 3 hours they still haven’t answered I feel like I am being scammed

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about your inconvenience at the casino. It would certainly be a good idea to tell them what's going on and why you can't make a withdrawal because without that we don't really know anything.

However, when you try to enter a withdrawal, what exactly is displayed, does it throw up a message or does it just not work ? How long has this problem persisted ?
