Your response is unacceptable. A55.tech directly processed my payments to ChipStars.bet. By doing so, your company enabled gambling transactions and facilitated the circumvention of consumer protections designed to safeguard vulnerable individuals.


As the payment processor, A55.tech is directly responsible for allowing these transactions to take place. This is not a matter for my bank – the harm was caused because your systems were used to process gambling payments that should never have been approved.


I therefore demand:


1. A full refund of all transactions listed in my original complaint.



2. Written confirmation of the merchant(s) you processed these payments for.




If you fail to act, I will escalate this matter to:


The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)


The Payment Systems Regulator (PSR)


Relevant regulators in your jurisdiction


And I will pursue legal action against A55.tech for negligence and for facilitating gambling transactions that caused me significant harm.



You are being given a final opportunity to resolve this directly. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 calendar days, escalation will proceed without further notice.

Floxydy (also known as Floxybeaty) is trying to make a fool out of me, claiming they have nothing to do with those transactions, that there are no orders in their system, and that their payment provider can’t see them either. I have reported them to all the relevant authorities in the Czech Republic.
