dear people, whenever you think about gambling online, think about this retarded site and better cut your own hands before you even click on snatch casino!!!

After 2 and a half months they still invent ways to prologue this shit withdrawal, they dont even know what they want, 3rd mail from them in 70-80 days and my passport copy was not enough, 2-3 years playing there is not enough…. I can see it's been going on for an untold amount of time. I also saw that the casino has already written to the complaint and they should comment again. I don't understand what can take so long but it is not very normal anymore.

Don't know what to say in this case to tell you the truth.😕

But the main thing is not to give up even if it takes a long time and not to lose money because if you do, then it is impossible to help. 

The whole process will come to an end and if the casino does nothing to make it right, there will be consequences.

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt etwas erstaunt darüber da sie eine echt gute Bewertung haben.

Entweder sie haben wirklich dutzende Kunden ( erklärt trotzdem nicht wieso man Ewigkeiten auf sein Geld wartet) oder sie haben stark nachgelassen.

Als ich vor einigen Monaten dort gespielt habe hatte ich wenig Probleme, aber ist schon lange her vielleicht haben sie nachgelassen.

Ich hoffe ihr bekommt alle eure gewinne ausbezahlt!

Ihr MÜSST etwas tun, es kommen immer mehr Leute die betrogen und verarscht werden. Es ist so traurig weil durch diese 8,9 Bewertung alle Spieler getäuscht werden. Diese widerlichen Clowns von Snatch und der ganzen Goodwin Gruppe müssen bestraft werden, es ist so eklig wie diese Casinos überall als gut bewertet werden!!!

Eine andere Gruppe hat Snatch und iWild aufgekauft, seitdem geht es bergab und diese Hunde betrügen und belügen jeden einzelnen der dort auszahlen möchte. Unter der alten Gruppe hat eine Auszahlung 3 Tage gedauert, bei der neuen Gruppe wird man 8-14 Wochen schikaniert. Und das Casino Guru Team macht nichts an der Bewertung und das ist mehr als fragwürdig, die Begründung dafür ist genau so komisch und dumm. Obwohl die letzte Woche drei 1/5 Sterne Bewertungen dazu kamen, ist die Gesamtwertung immer noch bei 8,9. Mir kommt’s vor als ob das alles gekauft ist und die ganzen Foren Geld vom Casino bekommen..

I agree the situation has been like you described, but I can only repeat what I had said already. Players must not lose their money, because the casino pays. Lowering the rating for this particular group will very likely escalate to unresolved complaints, which would shut down the only position we have to support players with more complicated issues regarding the casinos.

Warnings lie in the complaints and user reviews and forum.

Anytime any casino just does not pay out the money, the complaint is closed as unresolved.

I know it is weird, but the Safety Index has never been about how quickly the casinos pay, and the "new management" is obviously not interested in changing the approach; at least, this is my point of view.


This is what it is. 🙁 We can't change what has been happening, but we can try to help players who come to complain.

So, I just got this message from Snatch KYC department, I think they came back to life after 3 months 🤷‍♂️

Hopefully this is correct and I will get my money soon, made all 7 x 1000e withdrawals, lets see how long will it take 🤞

If you call your reviews "academic" or "scientific", then they were supposed to express maximum of reality, but in fact it's the opposite. They distort the idea of the casino's safety. Your alchemy needs some work to be improved, it's very far to be called "science".

Did you, for example, create your opinion solely based on one specific number or did you read the guides explaining how things work on this website, please? Did you browse complaints? Read about the process and its effect on the Safety Index, by any means?

I do not intend to lecture you, yet the way my colleagues review casinos and how the ratings change over time is more than just a single number many people start and end with.

I'm stating that individuals who aren't prepared for extensive reading may find themselves disappointed, as the formula necessitates explanation in tangible scenarios.

The system is not perfect, of course, but it is fair and complex once you get familiar with it, I'd say.

If you are aware of any players in need, please send them here to submit a complaint.

Ich habe genau das selbe Problem. Ich warte nun seit Mitte März auf eine Auszahl von über 1000€. Vorher gab es keine Probleme mit diesem Casino. Aber seit dem Wechsel wird man bei der Auszahlung hingehalten wo es nur geht. Erst gab es für knapp 6 Wochen einen Providercheck und nun warte ich seit 7 Wochen auf die KYC Prüfung (mein Account wurde bereits im Januar verifiziert)... Die Beschwerde läuft aktuell noch über Casino Guru.

Sorry to hear that mate, I see that we all have same problems but hopefully this is over because I got my first payment of 1000e to my account. I think you should send them a picture where you hold your ID close to your face and laptop with your casino profile opened underneath your face, I did that and couple of days later verification was thru, now I can withdraw rest of my winnings hopefully without any problem 🤷‍♂️

Das habe ich tatsächlich schon letzte Woche gemacht. Darauf kam nur die Antwort, dass die Verifizierung in der letzten Stufe ist... Ich werde das Casino in Zukunft meiden. 😀 Längere Auszahlungszeiten (eine Woche) sind ja in Ordnung, aber 3 Monate sind unakzeptabel 😀

I doubt it's not just my opinion. Ok. Let's ask others do they like (I don't use the word "trust" not to hurt your staff) your indexes.
