Hey Thank you both for you quick respons I will submit a complaint. I was really pusseled that Ask Gambler did not submit my comlplaint? there are so many sajts that has an add and recommends player to play at Jupi casino . I still haven't heard back from Jupi and they refuse to give me an timeframe on when my account is verified with ID nr 2 besides my driver license.

Unglaublich, dass ein Casino welches bei Euch so schlecht bewertet ist bei Askgambler nur Bestbewertungen erhält. Entweder sind die alle Fake oder ich verstehe nicht weshalb es so unterschiedliche Urteile gibt. Wieso fehlt beispielsweise eine Bewertung auf Askgambler von Dandosch? Ich habe danach gesucht, aber lediglich sein ungelöster Fall ist aufgeführt. So werden noch mehrere auf dieses Casino stossen und wie ich das Gefühl haben, dass mit denen alles in Ordnung ist. Erst jetzt als ich merke, wie schleppend die Verifikation läuft, wurde ich hellhörig und prompt lese ich hier nur Schlechtes und habe mein Geld praktisch schon abgeschrieben. I have no problems with any establishment carrying out checks etc. I understand the need to be sure. But the point here is they take your deposits and they don't mind who you are, I mean you could be a minor or been previously self excluded. My point is the issues they start to have is when you win and want to withdraw. That's when all the unnecessary stuff goes on. I know companies who let you upload stuff , and it's verified there and then and I also know companies who withdraw instantly within 10 mins of being verified.
But yes your 💯 percent right they are the bottom rung of the ladder and how they have any customers is beyond me. I would imagine its only a matter of time b4 they go out of business. But I do see what your saying. Cheers have a good day
