It's a shame and I'm sorry that the casino can't get back to you at all. I would like the whole situation to be resolved, but I'm not sure how it will continue. Obviously you will just have to wait and hope that the casino will eventually reply and you will learn something new.

Having played a few different non U.K. based casinos, 90% are full of complications for U.K. players. However I made small bets and cashed out fine with wins up to £500. They then asked for my driving licence on a withdrawal of £1,000. They accepted it immediately and paid out the same day. I then won $3,000 on plinko and they asked for a bank statement and paid out straight away.

They are advertising heavily on social media which is indicative of them being legitimate. I have gone days upon days of a winning streak, not inly one day a week like bc.games et anl. That being unscrupulous sites. This site uses a random number generator which is also a sign heading towards being provably fair, although I’m not sure if it is independently tested. But the wins are as random as one would expect.

They normally do next day payout. They do with me as I deposit with Revolut although they do sometimes do it on the same day depending upon the time of the win. On weekends they do not pay out. But it’s fully within their t’s and c’s. and I can understand why they do it in order to asses their weekly deposits and payouts. I would personally do that myself if I owned a business. However they offer a crypto deposit/withdrawal system, but again on a weekend I’m not sure they pay out immediately.

The bonuses are legitimate and not instigated until you have run out of your own money.You can cash out before using it; I’ve played the bonuses a couple of times and managed to go through the play through, which varies per bonus taken.

Cashback is very healthy and only requires being played through once. It has a great selection of games and loyalty rewards my only slight disappointment is that you have to play your deposit x 3 before cashing out. The minimum withdrawal was €100. However this may have changed this at the start of April as too with minimum deposit which was €30. I haven’t checked but they may have reduced them both.

They offer safety limits and self exclusion quite easily, and hold a full set of records of your transactions and games. All a sign of a healthy casino. Their additional KYC at higher amounts is to counteract money laundering. Which again heightens it’s validity.

The live games are fun and legitimately fair. Some have no hesitation at recommending this casino. It does have associated sites. But I have not played them as at the moment I am very happy at playing on this.

I went to withdraw my winnings and it says verify myself so I uploaded a document which was rejected because of my name title, it said enter name as it is on ID but it’s not giving me an option to write anything therefore I cannot withdraw my money

I went to withdraw my winnings and it said to verify myself, I uploaded my documents, and 1 was rejected, I kept on uploading more, and I kept on getting rejected. My last message they asked for all the documents all over again. I went back into my file removed my documents and started over uploading, when I got to the last document to upload it wouldn’t allow me to upload it. I also chatted with a couple of people for assistance, but they told me to try withdrawing again, and that didn’t work, I tried a few times. And now I can’t even get into the website, I keep on getting a 403 forbidden, I’d really love to know what that means, and why I can’t get back into the site! This is ridiculous, I’ve played on many sites, and I must say it’s the worst one! I’ve never had a problem like this!! I wonder if I’ll ever get my winnings!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Hey, did you try to ask the casino how you should solve this problem ? I think support should be able to answer this question for you. I also don't expect it to be a big issue and I hope it can be resolved as quickly as possible so that you can successfully verify and withdraw your money. 

Try asking around and let me know what you find out.

Hi, how long has your whole verification situation been going on ? Are you still unable to get to the page ? Did you try to write to the casino and email what happened ? I tried and I can get in without any problems.

As a current update of my play on the site since the initial review above , I find their live blackjack very suspicious. The more you wager, the more players suddenly drop off. So they obviously have some false players on there and use probability of what they know what is in the pack and been played and to be played, to make your chances of winning very slim. Which indeed they are; because I win once to encourage higher stakes, then my first card is always a 4 or 5 followed by a picture card, whilst the dealers is always a picture card to start with and they always hit 20 or 21.

The 3 times playthrough from stake is alarming. Their none payment at weekends is discouraging ans it is encouraging you to play Fridays winnings off. In the U.K. you can not reverse a withdrawal, but this is not a U.K. site.

On the ID KYC I genuinely had no problems. But if people are struggling on this, it may be linked to your playing patterns and probabilities of them receiving their losses back. Again that is concerning.


Since my initial winning streak I have found it very difficult to actually stay ahead with my balance from deposit. To me this questions whether their random number generator is in fact independently checked.


They have spent a significant amount on advertising and that requires recouping. My initial confidence in the site is dropping and so has my play.

I was £186 in credit, so cancelled my bonus as it had not been touched. Normally it will just remove the bonus and leave you with live cash. This time it took the whole cash amount as they claimed I’d used my bonus. I showed them I had not. They claim I had and would not reinstate the cash or provide empirical evidence to say that I had used my bonus to back their claim up. In the end they gave me £124 bonus which required wagering 40 times. I had no option to accept that and lost it immediately.


So my initial high value appraisal would now be rated at 5.

Thanks for your another quite descriptive experience. As for the blackjack, I'm sorry you're of that opinion, but if you have some solid evidence, you can file a complaint and our team will take a look and see what can be done. 

Regarding the bonus you mentioned, why did you take it if you then cancelled it ? I also wonder why the casino took all the money when you declined it. If you feel that your money has been wrongly taken, I would also consider filing a complaint.

It automatically put the bonus on. I have cancelled a few bonuses in the past and they removed the bonus; as I had not played any of it and then withdrew the difference. On this occasion they were adamant I had used some of my bonus. I was adamant I hadn’t. I showed them my play record to show that I hadn’t entered it they came back to me of a period where there was no record of play at my end but they said there was at theirs. However they would not provide the empirical evidence to justify their claim.


I play blackjack a lot. It’s an observation I have noticed over time, but can provide no concrete evidence to support this. I merely do not play on the casino anymore. It is my opinion through these two incidents that it is not probably fair. Primarily because there are no independent checks of the random number generator. No intimation as to what the house edge is on their games, and it is registered through curaçao’s gaming board, which is essence provides no accountability. I can’t actually find them on curaçao’s website, although they have many sister sites so will probably fall under one of them.

Hmm, in that case I might even consider the complaint if you say you didn't play with any bonus and the casino says otherwise. Also, being automatically assigned is not the best way to go about it. Did you know it works like that or not ? 

As far as blackjack is concerned, I understand your position. It's probably best to play in casinos as little as possible, because it's not worth the trouble, or to find one where you had almost no issues and stick with it. 🤷‍♂️

I’m not going down the hassle of complaining. I accepted their offer of £124 or so with a 40x playthrough, showing acceptance of their recompense. Although acceptance doesn’t mean you or I agreed with it. They will throw that straight back at you. They do have some automatically assigned bonus’s and some you select. I’m not sure on this occasion which it was. I rarely use bonuses even though I have gone through a rigorous playthrough with this site and claimed the winnings.It takes a lot of time and money you have to win; then wagered to do so. Let’s just say I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone or their sister sites.

The next one is a desperate attempt to get me back on Jokabet since I’ve stopped playing.fileA playthrough of 30 times on £15=£450 wagered for it to be active cash. As the bonus only kicks in when you have lost your own money, getting to £450 of wagers from £15 to reach their minimum payout of £100 is ridiculously improbable. Given that the house edge is seen to be manipulated for their own profits, probably impossible.

Hmm as you describe it I understand that the wagering is quite high, but some casinos can have it even higher. 30x is one of the smallest ones but I understand that it is still not low. 

The fact that you basically accepted the bonus probably caused to the support that you would like it and they activated it straight away, which also doesn't seem strange to me, but I would rather leave it to the player to click somewhere that he receives it and activates it. 

Anyway, since you described your experience and you don't plan to file a complaint, I have no choice but to thank you again and wish you a better experience with other casinos. 🙂

Does anyone know who jokabet holds their license with, the one on their site in terms and conditions is not correct as they emailed me back saying its not them?


Anyone on here dealt with making a complaint to the right license holder for them before?

Unfortunately, we were not able to verify the casino license, and that is why we have stated the license as unverifiable here on our website. Have you gotten any experience from this casino, perhaps? The safety index does not look any good to me, actually.🤷‍♀️

It has been ongoing for 2 months. I deposited £35075.00 they allowed this even though their terms and conditions state uk customers are not allowed to deposit real money.


They allowed me to gamble thousands and thousands of pounds without any safety measures.


After "reviewing/investigating " my case for almost 2 months, they responded that they will refund 20% of my losses to make it "fair for us both". I declined this offer as I was requesting a refund on my total deposits. After I've had enough emailed them to say how is 20% fair surely 50% is fair. They have ignored the 30 plus emails I sent in 4 days. I have been to their online chat and 3 agents told me the team have offered me 50% of my losses amount of £9084. The "team" have still not communicated thus with me. I emailed again asking what is going on and up until now they have just ignored me.


My mental health is the worse it has ever been and they have caused this. I cannot computed how this company feels it is ok to ignore people.
