No they are lying which is kind of fraud, but this casino does not care as they only want to show a good reputation so players will join them and deposit money.


Casino Guru can intervene and ask Heybets casino to revise that score since it is a false score, as forgery is a felony.


And with a complaint being closed as unresolved today their score will drop which is great news so players will not be warend against this rogue casino.

Hi, about what did you write to the casino ? Does it refer to your withdrawal and your complaint against the casino ? Did you try to email them and not just use live chat to find out what's wrong with your withdrawal ?

Casinos that show fake licenses or fake reviews should never be trusted but this would also harm the name of Casino Guru platform as players would think this is real..

I wonder if Casino Guru is going to take measures with all the on going complaints against Heybets since the casino has a strategy where it re opens complaints and then responds after two weeks (just minutes) before seeing the complaint being closed as unresolved to maintain the complaint open without harming their own score. Yet, the casino does 0 effort to resolve complaints which is a real shame. Some complaints have been open for several months and if you look in the complaint what the casino did they only gave replies that say nothing then being in repeat etc..


While I understand that Casino Guru team wants to resolve the cases and not to punish casinos we are reaching a point where enough is enough and the casino should start resolving things instead of delaying it for months until the player gives up!

Hi, I think that's a pretty good point, but as you said, we're always glad when a casino tries to solve problems with players. In cases like this, if they don't succeed, the complaints will be closed as unresolved again and they will get black points for that. In situations like this, although I know it must be frustrating for the players, I would recommend that they leave their money alone and wait for the outcome. Our complaints team will evaluate everything and unfortunately sometimes it takes time. If they decide that the casino keeps extending the time to reply and always responds at the end and it's not relevant for the case, then there will definitely be some information about that. So far, nothing is happening and a cool head will certainly be needed for everyone. 👍

It also looks like Gaming Curacao is no longer their licensor as the sub license has been expired according to the seal.


Unfortunately, I am still waiting on a ruling on my case and doubt to get one which means that I might have to go to court to retrieve my money back.

That could be possible, but since it has been expired and the lack of responses on this platform from the casino this feels like a deja vu of Beemcasino which also was at first very responsive and afterwards stopped responding and resolving complaints on this platform seeing their casino rate drop hard.

Let's not paint the devil on the wall and hope for the positive, although I know that if you've been in a similar situation and it didn't turn out well, you tend to see it realistically. But Jaro I do expect Casino Guru to take measures against this casino since they exploit your logo with a false score. That can be seen as forgery as the casino intend to lure players with this score(since the casino safety index was never above 8.0).

Hi, I've passed this on to our data team and we'll see what happens. I guess the misleading information will be given away by the casino because they don't have a perfect rating.
