I would like to ask about other players' experiences with the so-called "Proof of Deposit" requirement at the BDMBet casino.

The casino repeatedly asks me for a document that should contain: my name, transaction amount, recipient name, transaction ID, time and date.

The problem is that I made the deposit through the cryptocurrency exchange OKX. I contacted OKX support directly and received an official confirmation that:

-no documents with my name for blockchain transactions can be issued,

-OKX never lists client names in PDFs or on confirmations,

-the only possible confirmation is transaction history or blockchain record (Etherscan).

Nevertheless, BDMBet rejected all my documents (PDF from OKX, screenshots from the wallet and Etherscan) on the grounds that my name and other details were missing.

I quote their response: "The proof of deposit does not have your name, transaction amount, receiver's name, transaction ID, time, or date."

As a result, I find myself in a vicious circle - the casino demands something that the exchange or blockchain will never provide.

➡️ Does anyone have any experience with how to resolve this situation? Has any casino accepted a different type of document from OKX or a similar cryptocurrency bank? Or do you think this is more of an unfair way to block withdrawals?

chtěl bych se zeptat na zkušenosti ostatních hráčů s požadavkem na tzv. "Proof of Deposit" u kasina BDMBet.

Kasino po mně opakovaně vyžaduje dokument, který má obsahovat: moje jméno, částku transakce, jméno příjemce, ID transakce, čas a datum.

Problém je v tom, že jsem vklad provedl přes kryptoměnovou burzu OKX. Obrátil jsem se přímo na podporu OKX a obdržel oficiální potvrzení, že:

-žádné doklady s mým jménem k blockchainovým transakcím nejsou možné vydat,

-burza OKX nikdy neuvádí jména klientů v PDF nebo na potvrzeních,

-jediné možné potvrzení je transakční historie nebo blockchain záznam (Etherscan).

Přesto BDMBet všechny mé dokumenty (PDF od OKX, screenshoty z peněženky i Etherscanu) zamítl s odůvodněním, že chybí jméno a další údaje.

Ocituji jejich reakci: „The proof of deposit does not have your name, transaction amount, receiver’s name, transaction ID, time, or date."

Tím pádem se ocitám v bludném kruhu – kasino požaduje něco, co burza ani blockchain nikdy neposkytne.

➡️ Má někdo z vás zkušenost, jak tuto situaci vyřešit? Přijalo už některé kasino jiný typ dokladu od OKX nebo podobné kryptoměnové banky? Nebo jde podle vás spíše o neférový způsob, jak blokovat výběr?

Normalerweise passiert das, wenn ein Spieler lange nicht gespielt hat und dann ins Casino kommt, gewinnt und abheben möchte. Ich habe jedoch keine Antwort darauf, warum sie das getan haben.

Ihrer Beschreibung nach scheint das Casino Ihr Konto für eine sogenannte zusätzliche Verifizierung markiert zu haben, die normalerweise mit AML-Prüfungen (Anti-Geldwäsche) verbunden ist. Diese Verfahren können die Anforderung von Dokumenten umfassen, die nicht direkt mit Ihren Einzahlungen oder Ihrem Spiel in Zusammenhang stehen, und manchmal sogar die erneute Überprüfung zuvor akzeptierter Dokumente.

In der Praxis fordern Casinos Dokumente manchmal erneut an, nur um sicherzugehen, dass der Spieler noch Zugriff darauf hat und die Dokumente echt sind. Ich verstehe, warum es seltsam erscheint, dass man nach einem Herkunftsnachweis gefragt wird, wenn man nur rund 300 Euro eingezahlt hat, und ich stimme zu, dass es den Eindruck erweckt, dass das Casino in Bereiche vordringt, die es vielleicht gar nicht braucht. Im Forum können wir nur spekulieren, da wir die genauen Gründe für ihr Vorgehen nicht kennen und diese für Sie möglicherweise widersprüchlich sind. Ich hoffe aufrichtig, dass dies bald ein Ende hat!
