Hello,

im trying to withdraw my balance since more than 1 week, I waited 3 days with a pending message and in the end they rejected, after that the support made me try 4 more methods to withdraw, any ways I’m still in pending since 2 days with Skrill withdrawal option, some one had a similar problem? How do you solved it ?

Do you have any information from this casino regarding the time frame for withdrawals, perhaps?

And also, is the verification needed there or not?

I see they finally said that the email is sent ,I hope they didn't fabric the fake proofs ,the communication is extremely slow ,imagine how I feel waiting from December for a resolution.

This is one of the most intense and illegally thing going on ,seems that the casinos can do whatever they want and they can trick clients as they want.

They asked me all documents necessary, Fully verified my account with the confirmation email, accepted my first widrawal and out form nowhere blocked and confiscated my account with more than 27 thousands euro real balance.

I find my complain the most shocking out of all here.

Hello,

I will wait with my opinion until the complaint gets closed. As I can see in that thread, there has been an exchange of proofs, which I have no access to. I expect casinos to have different points of view, which always need to be backed up by proof. we also noticed the AskGamblers complaint and it is part of the situation now. Casino has more likely send the associated evidence. So, I think it is best to wait for the conclusion.


I joined 1red casino last night deposited over £200 won £130 decided to with draw.I have sent passport bank letters with everything on adress.Still not verified trying everything not to pay now they are saying something wrong with my adress but there is no adresss in my account that I can see shocking company.tred at first saying it was my email Google mail and Gmail are the same now my adress I should never have been able to deposit without being verified

Hi there.

I guess this is the negative side effect of super-fast registration type I see far too often in casinos, although in my opinion players in general are truly not very ready to be verified first since especially the first verification often takes longer than one can expect and is not always held outside of casino support working hours.

In any case, I imagine it sucks. Still not sure what address seems to be the issue. are w etalking about your gmail address or your real estate address, please?

Do you perhaps use a browser quick data filler? It may cause quite a mess; I'm talking from my own experience.

All this for 3 months... I see they're ranking is not even affected...

Hello, and thank you for all those screenshots; however, never post your passport, ID, or any other document showing all your personal details at once on a public forum, please. You have no idea how easy it is to put such details into fraudulent activities like acquiring non-bank loans or even registering with your details in casino. 🙏

However, the way I see it from the screenshots, only the mismatching city seems to be the problem repeated in the emails.

In my opinion, the casino - and based on the repetitive text, perhaps it was not an actual person - detected the problem in the city, not the email.

Do all your provided documents show the same city, please?

I know about that; we were discussing the case closure yesterday during the regular call, and I'm sorry we could not push the casino to resolution. I can assure you the whole team, plus the head of affiliates, did try to reason with them.

I anticipate a significant impact on its Safety Index, which is based on the seriousness of the outcome indicated by black points, as there are currently other open complaints. To be honest, I could not remember which day of the week was set aside for index updates; unfortunately, the process is not real-time.

Thanks for sharing this, I'm curious about the situation,they can accuse any other player with the same trick, account closure by platform.

I had years ago some disputes with some casinos that not even exist on market because they where closed.

Anyway...I will go further with regulatory bodies and a specialized lawsuit company.

I'm extremely curious about they're reviews because all seems fake ,all people that review here,the majority are new,so they open an account on casino guru especially for 1 red casino !!!

I just checked every day and the index didn't changed at all ,seems that unsolved issues with Casino 1red don't change any index...

Till now nothing, everything feels so awkward.

For example on ask gamblers website 1red casino have index 8 after my complain was closed as unsolved. They're Index didn't drop at all after 3 months,for sure 1red casino pay the website to keep they're rating high ,from my point of view this casino is s huge scam,even the vip manager stated on my email that if I open a complain against his casino I can only damage his work because he tried so hard to build high index with fake reviews and forced good opinions

Well, the complaint has been closed for 6 days, so please do not start with stories just yet.

I said that the Safety Index is not changed in real time. As Kubo also told you already, the update is made at midnight from Tuesday to Wednesday, hence once per week.
