I played at Ybets, they owe me $1000. It’s been a month they keep stalling and installing asking for new KYC asking for ridiculous requests I found out that they’re Russians so they’re just being jerks about paying me my thousand dollars I’ve cooperated with all of their requests. It’s been over a month and they just keep stalling installing and today they wanted me to take a picture of my full face while holding my drivers license with all of the information visible while also having my face my drivers license with all the information visible featured in front of their website, so I had to put all of the stuff together and put my laptop behind my head and take the picture that way. They’re Russians that’s why they are doing this.

Let me advise anyone having issues with payment from YBets(or any other casino for that matter) making complaints at Casino Guru.

Casino Guru has made it blatantly clear that it is not their prerogative to make shady casino pay quickly or even in a reasonable amount of time. All they care is that you get paid eventually. 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months Casino Guru gives no care!

Many shady casinos are now purposely delaying payments until players give up and play off balance. This is reflected by many rejected complaints from played of balances.

Don’t expect a quick resolution. Wait for payment from YBets and take your money elsewhere.If casino doesn’t pay out in 24 hours after verification it is not worth playing at!!!!

Well, we have never been in a position to, as you say, force any casino to pay out quickly. Though it seems like you expect complaints to be about that.

It has never been like this; we have no such power. Complaint is a process designed to help a player get paid—eventually, yep, or let the casino face consequences if the player won't ever get paid.

However, what you miss to add, so let me help in that regard, is that we aim to compare such situations with applied withdrawal limits to consider whether the casino is up to its own terms.

So, in my humble opinion, encouraging players not to complain is a terrible thing to do.

Also taking 24 hours as a deadline (same for all payment options? Yeah, generally speaking, I guess.) is not very objective either, but I understand that in an ideal world, this would be a standard and I would love to live in such a world.

Stalling tactics are not fair; we all understand that. Yet once more, my colleagues need proof and coopearation.

Sadly, the process does not work like you expect it seems. The more complaints, the more time needed to advance. I'm sorry for that.

First of all, all information will be gathered; if the problem can't be resolved individually without asking the casino, another step is to invite the casino in to provide an explanation.

Since there are many open complaints and since we know the casino pays but utterly slowly, my colleagues occasionally ask players whether the payout is still due. I imagine how it looks, but if you seek support, you have to be patient. There is really nothing else to say - the process is slow.

I’m not sure if you’ve ever been in the position many of the gamblers using your site for complaints have been in. By this I mean waiting and waiting, not knowing if you are going to be paid and then being told please continue to wait by Casino Guru regardless how long it takes. This is a hard wait for many, worse wait for some and an impossible wait for those addicted to gambling. The latter is who YBets and companies of the same behaviour are taking advantage of with the blessing of Casino Guru with their 9.4 safety rating. If I hear one more time " but you must understand we use an algorithm " bullcrap, I’m gonna barf🤢. Algorithms are created by input and are not organic.

So I emplore any gamblers to stay away from YBets and any company that will not pay out within 24 hours after verification. This is not a fantasy land. Many, many online casinos that respect returning customers provide these payouts.

Ybets need to be starved of business until they change or go bankrupt. Casino Guru is no player advocate if they prop up companies like this.

You have one misconception. I had the same mistake. Casino Guru is not a defender of players. Casino Guru is a defender of their ratings. And when it comes to the player or the casino, it's the casino's side. Defending a player is an admission that their assessment was apologetic. Also, players don't pay anything to Casino Guru. Casino gurus don't have to be champions of their players.

Yes, I was in the same position—bank left me waiting 3 months because my card was abused and money was sent to the casino; during that time, no one responded to a single email aside from "read the terms, please," and then one day, suddenly my money was back. We at least try to address players concerns here on the forum, even though we do not resolve your compalints. Specific details for each complaint are in its thread.

Let me say once more I understand what you are saying. I do not like it either, but as I tried to explain, proving some sort of stalling tactics is almost impossible. On the other hand, each complaint is public and every player may see how many players and how often have been struggling. Generally, such an issue will remain unresolved only if the casino fails to address it or chooses not to make any payments. We may at least use the withdrawal limits as leverage.

Only then may the Safety Index be adjusted because - it does not say how quickly you get paid but WHETHER. The reason has already been explained. So please start considering the Safety Index for what it actually represents. If you seek a rating based on some sort of general withdrawal speed, it is not here.

Safety index, standing alone, tells you, how likely you are going to be paid. For the rest, players should browse forums, complaints, user reviews. Safety index is not solely based on general experiences and thus can't be changed 10 times per day based on how the players on the forum actually feel about each casino.

For that, there is the user rating.

If you both feel that explaining those specifics is not what you seek, that's ok. But then stop forcing us to repeat the same principles, just be cause you don't like them and present them the wrong way.

Here on the forum, we as admins are only capable of explaining things. Do not expect us to change how other teams work. I perfectly understand slow withdrawals, or delays always look suspicious to at least a portion of the players. This is never going to change.

We are also not a tool you could use to " starved of business until they change or go bankrupt". I guess there is an international court for that.

Could you be more specific and explain, please? What do you mean that it won't bring up the casino?

Does it mean that you are not able to find this casino on the list, perhaps?

Yes, I couldn’t get the captcha to go through on one browser and on the other browser it won’t bring up the proper Casino so I can’t finish the complaint. I will choose another Casino I guess and hopefully make it clear enough that it’s YBETS!!!! And yes, I have given them everything they’ve asked for and they have asked for some ridiculous ridiculous things. I will file a complaint in this browser now and hopefully someone will get it soon and help me I really could use that litecoin that’s gone down in value nearly $400 already

Guten Morgen, hier ist ein kleiner Auszug aus meinem Erfahrungsbericht nach ein paar Tagen ohne Forum. Jedenfalls machte ich weiter mit der Idee, dass sie es behalten und ich keine Zeit mehr verschwenden sollte, und ich verlor es. Mir blieben noch etwa 265, aber das war von einer Auszahlung, die ich vor zwei Monaten veranlasst hatte, bevor ich den Preis bekam, und nicht einmal diese 265 berechtigen mich zur Auszahlung. Was ist also der Schluss, dass sie mein Geld stehlen werden? und dass es nicht an dem Betrag liegt, den sie mir nicht ausgezahlt haben, sondern daran, dass dieses Casino ein reiner Betrug ist. Ich habe gerade versucht, dem Support zu schreiben und ihnen mitzuteilen, was sie sind, und sie haben den Chat geschlossen, abgesehen von den letzten beiden Malen, als ich ihnen geschrieben habe, haben sie mir nicht mehr geantwortet. Das sind verdammte Betrüger. Ich werde noch ein paar Mal versuchen, sie zu kontaktieren, und wenn sie mir nicht mindestens diese 265 zahlen, werde ich das Konto und die App löschen.
