I had the same problem €2400 and I made 3 withdrawals, 1 of €250 and 2 of €500 since the maximum is 3, after 3 days they gave me €250 then nothing for 2 weeks and more....at that point I played again €1900 after losing them I requested a €500 withdrawal and after 3 days they gave them to me....

I don't know how they work, but I think if you win a lot, they try to make you play them again.

Then I managed to win another €500 and I got it but you should wait to see if they give it to you by sending reminders every now and then....

If after a long time they don't give you anything, try cancelling and making smaller withdrawals without getting caught up in the game.... after a long time maybe they'll give them to you.... I recommend you wait even 3 weeks, at least 2 without playing anything at all before trying to cancel, play something again and withdraw like 400 or 500, just wait for it to arrive and then make the second one

Ho avuto lo stesso problema 2400€ e ho fatto 3 prelievi 1 da 250 e 2 da 500 visto che il massimo sono 3 dopo 3 GG mi hanno dato 250 poi più nulla x 2 settimane e passa....a quel punto ho rigiocato 1900€ dopo averli persi ho richiesto 500 di prelievo e dopo 3 giorni me li hanno dati....

Non so come lavorano ma credo che se vinci molto puntano a farteli rigiocare.

Poi sono riuscito a vincere altri 500€ e li ho avuti ma ti conviene attendere x vedere se te lo danno mandando solleciti ogni tanto....

Se dopo molto non ti danno nulla prova a annullare e fare prelievi minori senza farti prendere dal gioco....in tanto tanto tempo magari te li danno....ti consiglio di aspettare anche 3 settimane completo almeno 2 senza proprio giocare nulla prima di provare a annullare rigiocare qualcosa e prelevare tipo 400 o 500 solo 1 aspettare che ti arrivi e poi fare il secondo

No, it's not good because you win easily compared to AAMS, it practically pays at least 10 times as much if not more. However, of the 2400 won, I only had 500 after 2 weeks because I replayed €1900 in 1 evening.....if you win a lot they delay a lot, maybe 1 month for a withdrawal of €500.....usually I have never had these delays with any casino I have tried apart from a couple of terrible ones.

No è buono xchè vinci facile confronto gli aams praticamente paga almeno 10 volte tanto se non di più comunque dei 2400 vinti ne ho avuti solo 500 dopo 2 settimane xchè mi son rigiocato 1900€ in 1 serata.....se vinci molto ritardano tantissimo forse 1 mese x 1 prelievo da 500€.....di solito non ho mai avuto questi ritardi mai con nessuno casinò provato a parte un paio pessimi.

Das Wonaco Casino ist leider eine Enttäuschung. Sie betonen, dass Auszahlungen bis zu drei Werktage dauern. Ich habe 10 Tage auf meine erste Auszahlung von 300 PLN gewartet und sie dann storniert. Jetzt stehen mir 8.000 PLN zur Verfügung, mit einem Auszahlungslimit von 2.000 PLN. Ich habe insgesamt 1.990 PLN angefordert und warte seit 14 Tagen – und immer noch nichts! Der Support bittet mich immer wieder um Geduld und sagt, dass die Angelegenheit priorisiert behandelt wird. Leider unternehmen sie nichts dagegen, und die Auszahlung ist immer noch auf meinem Konto. Bitte helfen Sie mir, das ist sehr ärgerlich. Ich möchte nur hinzufügen, dass der Gewinn ohne Boni erzielt wurde. Im Verifizierungs-Tab steht, dass Ihr Konto keine Verifizierung benötigt.

Ich liebe den Namen dieses Casinos, werde mich nur deshalb anmelden und einzahlen 🙂

Natürlich habe ich die Zahlung storniert, da es sich um einen kleinen Betrag von genau 300 Zloty handelte und ich neun Tage gewartet habe. Später habe ich aus diesen 300 Zloty 8.000 Zloty gemacht und warte heute seit 15 Tagen auf meine Zahlung. Ich habe ihnen vier bis fünf E-Mails bezüglich meiner Zahlung geschrieben und in jeder E-Mail eine ähnliche Antwort erhalten, in der ich mich für die Verzögerung entschuldigte, um Geduld bat und sagte, meine Zahlung sei sicher. Ich habe Screenshots von allen Gesprächen.

Schön, dass du deinen Stil gefunden hast. Allerdings würde ich auch die Erfahrungen anderer Nutzer berücksichtigen. Wärst du bereit, länger als zwei Wochen auf deine Auszahlung zu warten? Nur so nebenbei! 😀

I have a pending withdrawal of 250 euros from November 30th. The request was successful, but they say it's a shame the money still hasn't been seen.

I requested a deposit via Bitcoin Cash on Hype.

When I called back this morning, they even copied and pasted the data, saying there were problems with my credit cards... too bad I requested a withdrawal on bitcoin, not on my card.

Ho un prelievo di 250 euro in sospeso dal 30 novembre, richiesta andata a buon fine dicono peccato che i soldi ancora non si vedono.

Ho richiesto il versamento tramite bitcoin cash su hype.

Richiamati stamani addirittura hanno fatto copia e incolla dicendo che ci sono problemi sulle carte di credito...peccato che ho richiesto prelievo su bitcoin e quindi non su carta.

I want to speak out in favor of wonaco... I had a second withdrawal of 450 euros that arrived in just 4 days... with the first withdrawal some mistake was made, maybe even on my part, but I can't figure out where this money ended up.
