Hi, I found only one resolved complaint with this casino which was more related to account verification, but I didn't find out if the player got the money in the end. You can read it here

Also, there are only two players writing in this thread and so far there is no sign of anyone getting money, which is quite disappointing.

Anyway, as far as the fact that on the website they state that you can contact curacao gaming license, can you show some screenshots as well ? It seems strange to me since the license is from Costa Rica, which is not very credible. 

However, you still have no update from the casino regarding the withdrawal ?
