I have been awaiting my withdrawal for 48 hours already, I am getting worried if this website is a scam, has anyone managed to withdraw their winnings from this website in the past?

Thanks. This is not my first withdrawal and they all were processes within hours, as they are crypto withdrawals they are instant and don't depend on bank delays etc.

The reason I am worried is that as I said, they usually process them in hours, not days.

As far as maximum bets are concerned, we have this view: "The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

On the other hand, we think that this rule should be enforced at software level, i.e., that the casino's software or website shouldn't let players place higher bets than the limit. This is one of our requirements for 'fair and safe casinos'.

If software enforcement is not possible, each case should be judged separately, so that only players who have broken the rule knowingly and systematically to gain an advantage are punished.

I appreciate your prompt attention to my recent inquiry. Upon thorough review, I realized that there was no indication on the software regarding a maximum bet, nor was any limit clearly stated. I meticulously examined all my plays and can confirm that, with the exception of a bonus purchase with a $0.20 bet costing $20, all other wagers were below $5.


Given this information, I am hopeful that we can find a resolution that considers the absence of explicit betting limits in the software and the fact that my actions were unintentional.

So my question is, since you have encountered this problem before, why don't you check which country is not restricted prior to going to the casino ?

Am 31. Januar erhielt ich einen Brief von Vave Casino, in dem stand, dass ich 20 Freispiele auf meinem Konto habe. Ich habe die Umsatzbedingungen erfüllt und mir stehen 987 Trx zur Auszahlung zur Verfügung. Ich habe einen Auszahlungsantrag erstellt und am nächsten Tag lehnten sie die Auszahlung ab und forderten mich auf, einen Brief von einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse zu senden (Hash und Angabe der E-Mail-Adresse des Casino-Kontos). Ich habe alle notwendigen Informationen noch am selben Tag verschickt. Heute Abend habe ich ihnen von meiner E-Mail aus einen Brief mit Fragen (Warum dauert die Verifizierung so lange) geschrieben, auf die sie geantwortet haben, dass ich Hash von einer anderen E-Mail senden solle.
