Update: they are now saying I must withdraw with the same method I used to deposit which was a bank transfer rather than Skrill. Now I am going to have to wait 36 hours from Monday, Is this normal for them to do this?

You maybe able to get back what you put in from the bank if you tell them there refusing to pay out and have evidence to back it up. Unfortunately the winnings isn't covered by UK laws so you might be stuck for the winnings. I hope you do get this sorted.
