As you can see, forum posts are not a source for measurement; thus, it is always better to go for the complaint. If the casino fails to resolve complaints that directly prove that the player is not going to be paid, the Safety index is going to be recalculated based on the disputed amount.

November 7th 2022 FTX transfers dozens of transactions to 0xcD:

You will notice right away that many transfers for 50,000 USDC were confirmed. This was intentional to avoid triggering any alarms. There are several TXIDs and addresses of interest:

The Safety Index is not about principles or about how quickly the payment will come. It basically says whether the casino is going to pay out the players.

Hello CasinoGuru team,
I had been playing on Shuffle since a few months, everything was okay and withdrawals were pretty fast before (from 10mins to a few hours maximum). My account is correctly verified as they asked me, I sent them all the documentation they needed.
I made a withdrawal of about 2500$ on 27th of April, still "in review", asked multiple times to the support chat, but the answer is always the same, they tell me that their team is still checking manually my kyc even if I can see it seems correctly verified in my settings.
