You will not even consider my situation which I came to you very early on asking you to act as an intermediary though you refused to even acknowledge my claims sir on the basis of not having authority over intervening. So I again believe you are yet again unreasonably using this as a way to distance your accountability to having knowledge or control over, yet I have repeatedly asked you to consider and reconsider this position yet you refused to even act in good faith for an amicable resolution and yet here we are still at a disagreement over: is shuffle even a real business or is this yet again just another cash grab and outright fraud led by the same people running the FTX disaster of ship, ending in a 40 year prison term being handed down to the leader.


The answer to me is clear. You can trace this record of requests back very far.


So again for the 10th time by estimate: will you or wont you take my case to the operator on my behalf, regardless of your existing agreement with them, I am asking you to act as my intermediary for the benefit of all of us as a collective to please take up the initiative.
