So when they canceled the second withdrawal they didn't say anything to you ? Since you have a complaint with us, we give the casinos 14 days to resolve everything necessary and I firmly believe that we will get the rest. 

As far as closing the account is concerned, I usually have experience that it is possible when you have a balance of 0, is it different in this casino ?

Mein letzter Abhebungsauftrag ist vom 9.08.

Weiss auch nicht genau wegen der Kontoschliessung,muss man ja mit ALLEM rechnen.....

Update :

Die Stornierten 200 € schnell ausgezahlt.

Mein Tipp,wenn ihr keinen Bonus wollt,dann nicht einzahlen,war höchstwahrscheinlich die Ursache des Stornos.

Jetzt warte ich noch auf den Rest.

P.S. Natürlich würde ich in Zukunft alles verlieren, also besser die Finger davon lassen...

Habe alles bekommen,trotz das sie mir wieder alles storniert haben.

Neue Abhebungsauftrag gemacht.

Heute bekommen.

Wann muss denen ganz einfach auf den Sack gehn. . 🙂😀

Ich hab bisher 1500 € schon beantragt zur Auszahlung habe aber noch 18.500 € zur Auszahlung bereit? Will nur ungern meinen Anwalt einschalten! Weiteres hab ich alles dokumentiert um das meinem Anwalt vorzulegen denn diese Beträge was ihr da schildert sind sehr gering - bitte um eure hilfe

Genau dreimal 500 also genau diese obligatorische Auszahlung Grenze! 18.500 habe ich noch zur Auszahlung bereit und Witzigerweise der Livechat lässt sich nicht irgendwie öffnen was zuvor die letzten Tage schon bereit war!

This situation you have described here happens many times whenever a casino is checking everything they need to. We believe that a player should, of course, always be informed about all the situations, but unfortunately not every casino does so.🤷‍♀️

May I ask how long you are waiting for the verification and if it is your first withdrawal attempt at this casino?

As a matter of fact, the first payment was made on Monday, September 9, about HUF 31,000. Here I got a HUF 80,000 transfer. Then yesterday I received an email that my payment was canceled and since then I can't access my royalgame site account or my jackpotfrenzy site either. both pages say that your account is under control! I sent 2 emails to royalgam but no reply! they can't give an explanation at customer service.

I'm a vip on the jackpotfrenzy site, I talked to my vip manager but he couldn't give me an answer either, my account doesn't see a ban.

So what now??

Sorry that you have to go through all this.

Try to wait a bit for the casino to get back to you and if there is no communication at all you should file a complaint, I reckon.

Our team will try to find the solution; just keep in mind that they won't be able to intervene before the 14-day time period passes.

So, maybe on Monday, please let us know how the things are, and hopefully we'll find the solution to this.

I think you should wait 6-7 working days. If it still hasn't arrived, file a complaint. Once you have received the referral, avoid rbidi n.v pages. They don't stick to their own rules! I've been playing on the Softgenius n.v sites (zip casino, spinaro) for quite some time, and with them 72 hours is 72 hours. 3 days and the money is in your account regardless of the amount. it is true that the inspection is detailed with them, but they comply with what is in their regulations.
