Ich möchte noch auf einige zusätzliche Dinge hinweisen. Ich habe mich am 23.06. registriert. Ich bin erfolgreich verifiziert und habe keine Boni verwendet, sondern nur meine Einzahlung. Ich habe 20.000 PLN abgehoben, obwohl ich insgesamt 1.000 PLN eingezahlt hatte. Das entspricht dem 20-fachen meiner Einzahlung.
Das Casino teilte mir mit, dass gemäß Punkt 8.11 der Bestimmungen ein Auszahlungslimit von maximal 10.000 EUR pro 30 Tage gelte, da der Auszahlungsbetrag das 20-fache meiner Einzahlungen (die sich auf 1.000 PLN beliefen) überstieg.
Es ist jedoch hervorzuheben, dass Abschnitt 8.11 lediglich besagt, dass eine solche Einschränkung angewendet werden kann, aber nicht muss.

Ich habe sie um einen Zeitplan für die Auszahlung gebeten. Zuerst erhielt ich von den VIP-Managern Wojciech und Jakub die Information, dass meine Auszahlung spätestens am 02.07.2025 um 12:28 Uhr erfolgen würde. Später erhielt ich von Berater Milan die Information, dass es 30 Tage dauern würde!
Ich habe daher eine formelle Bestätigung beantragt, dass gemäß Punkt 8.10.2 des Reglements die Auszahlung des gesamten Betrages spätestens innerhalb von 5 Werktagen nach Auftragserteilung erfolgen soll.
Der Inhalt dieses Eintrags lautet wie folgt:
8.10.3. Für Beträge zwischen 500 EUR und 4999 EUR: von 5 Minuten bis 48 Stunden, jedoch nicht später als 5 Werktage ab dem Datum der Antragstellung.
Die Auszahlung wurde am 25.06.2025 beantragt, die Frist ist also der 02.07.2025. Der Gesamtbetrag der Auszahlung beträgt 20.000 PLN.
An diesem Punkt warte ich auf ihre Antwort und die Bestätigung des Termins für die Umsetzung.
