They casino says that the withrawal takes from 5 minutes up to 48 hours but no more then 5 working days if you withraw 499 EUR to 4999 EUR. Ive been waiting for 7 days now and the withrawal is approved and they say now the money is sent to their middle hand to pay me the money and that can take another 5 days to process? I never heard about this…

Hi, it looks like the casino is sending money through a third party provider, so if it's still going through them, it's possible that it will take a while.

However, if they've already sent the money, it shouldn't be a problem, even though I know that when they say one thing and that they have fast withdrawals and in the end it's not the timeframe they write and they don't meet it, the player is rather upset.

But could you wait to see if you get the money or how it will be? If it will be anyway, I'd like to know if it went well or not. In case of any other problems, we'll try to help.

Yea i got happy when i saw the money in my bank account.

i still have 2300 EUR in balance. I have 1850 EUR on pending now wish i requested to withraw today and then i Will play with 500 EUR. Yes i Will keep playing on NV casino. I like the platform. I mean for me the verification process was really fast and smooth. The withrawal took aprox 7 days but it was fine and understandable.

That's a pretty reasonable description of what you're saying. Some players would have a problem waiting a week for the money, so I quite often ask players if they will stay in the casino, so I can imagine if that withdrawal is the alpha omega of the whole experience for them. And most of the time it is, although on the other hand I don't blame them at all. 

So feel free to let me know if you managed to make your next withdrawal early or what it's like.

Ich warte die ganze Zeit auf meine Auszahlung immer werde ich vertröstet das ich 72 Stunden warten muss und sie mir dann erst einen Zahlungsbeleg aushändigen können… (72 Stunden sind natürlich schon um) mir kommt das alles sehr komisch vor und langsam bezweifle ich das ich das ich das Geld jemals bekommen werde 😔

So, do I assume correctly we are talking about NV Casino?

Upon reviewing your complaint, it appears that the request dates back to June 9th. And then comes a part I do not fully understand. "...you'll find the email and a screenshot showing that the amount was supposedly paid out."

Does the casino claim the money was paid, but your bank transaction shows no incoming transactions? As far as I am aware, banking transactions are not the quickest, so I would keep an eye on the bank transaction list. However, as I previously stated, it is possible that I did not understand correctly. Feel free to help me out, please.

Ich habe ihnen eine E-Mail geschickt mit Screenshots und Bildern. Der Screenshot zeigt das das NV Casino den Betrag ausgezahlt hat, bei mir ist aber bis heute nichts angekommen. Einen Zahlungsbeleg stellen sie mir auch nicht aus und vertrösten mich immer das ich warten soll und das die das erst an die finanzabteilung weiterleiten müssen. Komme mir echt verarscht vor

So, I guessed correctly. Thank you. I am not sure how it works in NV casinos, but it makes sense that the department responsible for the payout must provide the payment confirmation and transaction identification; no one else can. The payouts may be administered by a third-party company, which usually quite prolongs such communications. From the players' point of view, the casino bears the responsibility and should strive to minimize the delay. Crystal clear.

On the other hand, such a situation has very little in common with being ripped off.

Try to be patient, please. In my opinion, resolving this issue is just a matter of time.

aber es kommen immer die gleichen Antworten ich werde immer zu vertröstet… und ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das es so lange dauert bis das Geld auf meinem Konto ist 😵‍💫

Und immer noch kein Zahlungsbeleg vom MV Casino… weiterhin werde ich nur vertröstet… ich warte nun schon seid Tagen auf einen Beleg. Die versuchen mich richtig hinzuhalten… schade 🥺

I have the same problem. I am also waiting for my money. The process was confirmed on 9.06 and the money is still not in my account. The support team says to wait and wait.

Ja bei mir das gleiche… seid über 144 Stunden warte ich nun auf einen Zahlungsbeleg… aber selbst dafür haben die immer irgend welche Ausreden ! Ich glaube wir werden unser Geld niemals bekommen 😔

I have received my money twice in a row. It was in my account in about a couple of hours. The amounts were smaller of course, but still. I thought that the payout was so fast the previous times, but now when I want to make a withdrawal of €500 I have to wait so long. I am very confused.

We give casinos 14 days to pay out players. But if it is close to that time, then I would use our resolution center and file a complaint. 

In the meantime, I would try to be patient and wait because casinos are not always so quick to pay out. 

What payment method did you use?

Hi, I see that you already have an open complaint so it will be good to wait. When you made your withdrawal, the casino didn't ask you for any verification documents? Did you play with the bonus or not?

Sometimes patience is the key and I believe you will get your money. 🙂
