Warning! Neon54 is by far the worst casino experience I've ever had!


I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Neon54. This platform is an absolute nightmare. I requested a withdrawal over a week ago and still haven’t received a single cent. Meanwhile, a friend of mine requested his withdrawal days after mine, and he already got paid. How is that even possible? This is not just unprofessional – it’s downright suspicious.


The customer support is an absolute joke. You either get copy-paste responses or no reply at all. There’s zero transparency, zero urgency, and zero respect for players.


As a content creator, this affects me even more: You can’t have a withdrawal pending and claim a bonus at the same time – it blocks everything. That means I can’t create content, I can’t stream, and I can’t use my balance properly. My work is on hold because this casino doesn’t know how to treat its users.


If my withdrawal is not processed TODAY, I will go public with this entire situation. I will post this review on every major platform and actively warn my entire community not to play on Neon54. I’ve already lost too much time and patience because of this completely unreliable platform.


Bottom line: Neon54 is not trustworthy, customer-hostile, slow, opaque, and in my opinion borders on scam behavior. I have the proof, and I will not stay silent if this doesn’t get resolved immediately.

nein, es gibt keine Neuigkeiten. Mein Freund hat genau wie ich eingezahlt, allerdings hatte er nur 100 Euro bei mir waren es 400 Euro in der Auszahlung. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass sich das Casino absichtlich Zeit lässt, damit man seine Gewinne wieder verspielt was ich aber nicht tun werde.

Das Casino behauptet, eine Verifizierung sei für die Auszahlung nicht notwendig, und es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit, das Konto zu verifizieren.

Hello I’m pulling my teeth out this has been going on since last Wednesday and it’s still hasn’t been paid I even set up an account with PlayID as I was told it would be faster but noooo so I also have $ 800 sitting there still not paid and I’m getting the same bullshit copy and paste speel it to worry bla bla it says up to 3 days to get your withdrawal but it now been nearly a week I want to shut my account once i get paid my winnings if I get it al sty any suggestions would be appreciated.

These guys are dodgy I had Evan call me the next day and say he was my manager but now he’s not even replying to my emails . What’s going on why are they still operating they have made something that is suppose to be enjoyed and turned it into a nightmare .

i fully verified myself before even did my first deposit .

I used my Visa card to deposit

They advertise fast payment up to 3 days I have contacted support no reply and 24/7 chat no one has mentioned 14 days also I set up PLAYID hoping it woould be faster but I’m starting to think they are all untwined together sand story I have 800 there and 500 in neon54.

I don't think you were scammed. We give casinos 14 days on our website before we can theoretically help you. Not the casino.

Sometimes delays can occur, but it would be best if the casino always communicated with the player. If you are verified, it's fine, and so apparently all you have to do is wait.

If nothing happens, the casino will be contacted by us when you opened a complaint
