Previously I left some good feedback regarding Kirgo. Today, I've decided to share that my account was randomly closed with no explanation. This was just hours after withdrawing around $300 which was indeed paid out to me. However, I doubt that small win had anything to do with why my account was closed. I've yet to receive insight despite contacting support via their website and requesting any info as to why. I share this not to reflect negatively of the casino, but to just be completely transparent to others on how I was treated by a casino I thought I'd play at for a long time.

They will probably let you withdraw your money, then might close your account. Unless you did however abuse and successfully take advantage of their signup/welcome bonuses more than once. If that is the case, they will more than likely close your account(s), and deduct all funds in which belonged to the casino. Also they can keep the money you deposited as well if you tried to cheat them with it through multiple accounts. As they should. Just my opinion. But I don’t know much.

My account is already closed. And therefore I do not have high hopes that they will restore my account. Then what was the point of blocking my account if it could not have been blocked. I do not have high illusions about the money and most likely they will not return my money. But I will not give up like that, I know that I am right and therefore if necessary I will create a complaint. I will fight until I find out what exactly the problem is!!!

If you've not done anything wrong. I would not worry. I don't know how recent that screenshot is. But if you haven't already, maybe go to Kirgo home page and give support a shout to see if maybe they have an update for you. Even with a blocked or closed account you can still interact with support until your issue is resolved.

Perhaps someone else in your household (or someone within the same ip network as you) has an account or has logged into Kirgo before. For example, if you logged into your Kirgo account at a public library, played some slots on the library's computer, and then left the library. I think it would be possible to trigger Kirgo's system if someone you don't even know comes into the same public library, and does the same thing you did (login to Kirgo, play, then leave). In that scenario, two active Kirgo accounts will have shared the same base ip network. Which (according to Kirgo) access to their site/services are only limited to one single person, household, or ip address. So maybe that's a possibility for your situation? Idk. If not, by all means give the live support a shout.
