i will update my post soon. today my bank sent me a statement which proofs that my old card is inactive,so i will send it to them. also is not easy for me to go at this time to a bank store because im sick these days. it is very sad that i have to do all this things for just 250 euros.i dont want to know what someone has to send for a bigger win

ok thx for your reply i sent them a statement with my last 10 transfers and it proves that i deposit to them. and after this they told me that i verified my account completely. no money on my banki account yet but the problems seems to resolved

I'd say it's still good news. It takes some time to approve the transaction because the verification usually comes first. Hopefully, it won't take too long. Please let us know when you get the money. 🤞

I can confirm i took my money 2 hours after the verification! so i would definitely say that it is a legit casino.. i believe that from now my withdraws there will be easier there with my verification. so thx for your help you are amazing. generally as i said before i like this casino they have a lot of games. THE PROBLEM SOLVED

Ich habe bei Iwild mit einem Bonus gespielt......in dem Moment wo die bonusbedingungen erfüllt wurden,war ich bei ca.500-700€(indem moment hätte das guthaben wenn überhaupt reduziert werden müssen)...nachdem also die bonusbedingungen erfüllt wurden,habe ich weitere 1200€ gewonnen und war somit bei 1900€.

Ich habe die Auszahlung beantragt,natürlich mehrmals per email irgendwelche Unterlagen zuschicken....und kurz bevor ich endlich die verifikations bestätigung bekomme,kommt eine email,dass von den 1200€, insgesamt 1050€ abgezogen werden,da der max. Auszahlbare betrag aus dem Bonus 150€ sei......die bonusbedingungen wurden bereits erfüllt und die 1200€ wurden danach gewonnen.

Wenn die Bonusbedingungen umgesetzt worden während 700€ guthaben auf dem Konto waren....wie kann man mir bitte im Nachhinein mehr geld abziehen(das ich mit angeblich "auszahlbaren" Geld gewonnen habe),als dass ich im Bonus gewonnen habe....

Dann könnten mir ja das Casino noch Monate später nach 50000€ Umsatz noch Geld außerhalb der Bonusbedingungen abziehen,wie es in diesem Falle geschehen ist.

Laut Anwalt betrug,da ich mich nichtmehr im Rahmen irgendwelcher Bonusbedingungen bewegt habe.


Der Support reagiert seit tagen nicht auf meine E-Mails!

Hi there.

I'd say that normally, when a bonus ends, the remaining bonus money should be deducted. So the player is certain that the bonus has ended and that no additional bonus terms remain active.

Sometimes the bonus ends by creating a withdrawal request, but the outcome should be the same.

I feel this is the merit of your issue. Is it?

To be honest, I would like to see the casino's point of view. I hope we won't be waiting for too long. 🙏

Bis jetzt immernoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten.....der Live-Support sagt mir ich solle "kyc@iwildcasino.com" anschreiben,nur leider habe ich von denen bis heute keine weitere Antwort erhalten....

I deposited 40 EUR yesterday built it up to 170, completed KYC (after serveral hours and tries, whereas in other casinos it takes like 5 mins but whatever), and now I'm getting emails from the fucking suppport team asking me for more documents like bro I gave them my address card, a letter from my bank my ID all of my fucking documents there is literally nothing else more I could give them. Worst of all that all this is for fucking piss 170 Euros XDDD such a fucking joke muslim site

edit2: after another good 45 minutes and 2 emails later they are STILL ASKING FOR MORE DOCUMENTS, and they are the same onces and I have already provided them all the documents I can. Remember I'm trying to withdraw 170 EUR.

Hi, to begin with I would say that it would be appropriate for us to behave politely although I understand that it is not pleasant to be in such a position. 

However, as far as the documents are concerned, according to the screenshot it should not be difficult to complete the verification. Is there any problem that you can't complete something or is there some document that the casino rejects ? Or do you have some other issue ? 

Please let me know how it goes and whether you managed to verify successfully or not. I would like to point out that we are giving the casino 14 days to resolve the KYC, so let's see where this goes.

I can send you the exact picture I sent them for this, I sent them a bank statement containing everything they asked for and just at this moment I received another email from them asking for those things AGAIN. I sent them the entire PDF at this point, let's see what will happen.


EDIT: PROBLEM GOT RESOLVED, BUT BEWARE WITH THIS SITE VERIFICATION PROCESS IS ACTUAL CANCER. THANKS AND HAVE A NICE DAY🙂

Perfect and I'm glad it's resolved. But can I know where the problem with your bank statement was before since it was rejected ? Sometimes you have to be a bit patient because this process is very important for casinos. 

Anyway, since you have successfully completed the verification I hope everything will continue to be fine. 🙂
