I hope people know this casino no longer use pragmatic slots on their unlicensed site. Check it out where using cloned versions. Pragmatic found out.if proof needed anyone in UK try and open big bass slots or any other pragmatic slots.i stated this months ago.

Every time I reached out to their customer support for clarification, they seemed more interested in evading my questions than actually addressing my concerns. It felt like I was going in circles — they asked for various documents, which I submitted promptly, only to receive requests for more information each time. This constant back-and-forth was incredibly frustrating.


To make matters worse, when I pressed further about the legitimacy of their actions, they blocked me from their chat support. This is not how you treat customers, especially those who have been loyal and followed all the rules. I expected transparency and good customer service, but what I received was a series of roadblocks and a lack of accountability.


Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering this site to proceed with caution. It's clear they have some serious issues regarding fairness and customer relations. My experience has been nothing short of disheartening. In light of this, they have yet to even process what winnings they say I am entitled to.

Buddy you've more chance off winning the lotto than getting paid out. Did you deposit with credit card.if so they won't pay back to it as it's illegal.i have had my say about this casino on casino guru before. Anyone from UK they will verify everything except address as they know they are unlicensed in UK. Forbidden to go over board here but I understand your frustration.i have never been on a worse site in 20 years online gaming.

They made me verify my address, which is UK, accepted my debit card deposits, then refused to pay out afterward, currently engaged with a financial ombudsman to get my money back, when i try to contact them they spew the same regurgitated messages that it's my sole responsibility to see if they're legal to use in my country.... i did check this beforehand and found multiple review sites and even google saying they're licensed, which later turned out to be a lie when i dug deeper. All reviews online are from "review farms" or bots. Santeda International B.V. and all of their 'casinos' are scams

Do the same with everyone.they are unlicensed.claim to have an east African licence which is nonsense.did you check the names on your deposits.all different names.my deposits went to Kosovo and Croatia on unscrupulous names.they hit me with same excuse when I challenged them said it was up to me to check their legality. Thing is I went out off my way to verify account before depositing.verified everything except address as knew it was UK.but still let me deposit away.anyone who deposits with visa card never getting paid out. Wins on the site are as rare as rocking horses poo.

This is surely very important information for our complaint team when they will investigate the whole situation in your complaint. You have done the best by submitting it, for sure.

Yes that correct i depositedaAnd played with real funds and accrued winnings of over £2400.

They then kept rejecting my withdrawal asking for more documentation which was all supplied and approved. I then actioned the withdrawal once again to my suprise they had manually system wiped £1950 which they said they had merged a bonus into my balance and cannot make a withdrawal of such excessive winnings. I have contacted the IBAS who have responed

You may not be aware, but Goldenbet are unlicensed in the UK. They do not come under IBAS ADR (alternative dispute resolution).  

 

Their website only alludes to a Curacao licence via a vague reference to disputes being taken to the courts there. I fear you are outside any ‘normal’ complaint routes and customer protections.

 

I can only offer these purely general suggestions:

 

Inform the UK Gambling Commission about what happened; I’m sure they would welcome any evidence that you can supply toinfo@gamblingcommission.gov.uk

Accepting bets from a UK citizen without a UK-issued gambling licence is a crime. You should contact Action Fraud – IF you believe that you have been the victim of cybercrime.

You should go to your bank – IF you believe potential cybercriminals may have your card details

Also ask your bank if there is anything they could do to help.  

If you face financial difficulties, consider calling the National Gambling Helpline who have advisers experienced in debt counselling and may be able to offer helpful advice.

 

The acceptance of bets by betting operators unlicensed in the UK is currently included within the subjects of a parliamentary White Paper. You may wish to inform your MP of the circumstances you have found. The best way to do that is by email to peter.fortune.mp@parliament.uk."

Goldnbet and sister sites are not licensed in curacao.they revoked it 2 years ago. That statement from ibas tells you all you need to know about this domain.i tried to verify my account when joining up but they verified everything except address as they knew I was from UK.so basically they let me deposit 400 pounds knowing It was illegal. The powers that need to be are closing in on this so called casino. Shutters be coming down soon.Too many people falling victim.

Well, unfortunately, it is like that. If a casino you choose to play is not under the UKGC, they are not able to help you.

It is only up to you where you choose to play.

This casino allows players from your country to play there, but they are not allowed to promote their casino in the UK. That is the difference.

If we won't be able to help you out because the casino won't be communicating with us, I can only suggest contacting a lawyer in this case.

The only positive thing is that if your complaint is closed as "unresolved," the safety index of the casino will be negatively affected and will go down.

Could anyone explain why the CasinoGuru review of Goldenbet states that it is owned by Santeda International BV and that it holds a Curacao Licence when there is no evidence on the website that either of things are true?

I can find no mention of who owns Goldenbet on their site and no Licence number.

Whilst the site looks like a genuine Santeda website, the terms are noticeably different to those of Velobet.

They had their Curacao licence evoked in 2024 by Curacao . Too many complaints. They claim to have an east African licence now . Biggest scam on line. Don't know about now but few months back their contact number was a residential home in Birmingham UK. Nothing right about this domain. How they are still fleecing UK customers whilst banned from UK amazes me. Anyone sampling it will know the slots are not right. Also they have no pragmatic games. That's another story. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Well I guess it doesn't help that CasinoGuru shows them as having a legitimate licence and also shows them as being part of a legitimate online casino group with a Safety Index only slightly below average....

It's obviously a scam site and needs to be described as such.

💯per cent buddy. I have challenged goldenbet on many a gambling forum. They admitted scamming me but couldn't reimburse me as money was utilised. The only thing keeping the scam going is the fairytale reviews they leave every few hours by AI and free spin hunters. Trustpilot have them graded as great.lol lol. If you get a chance read reviews on trustpilot. Every day they send 8 to 10 five star reviews at same time. I have contacted trustpilot they say they are investigating.lol. take deposits from cards but can't withdraw to cards as their an illegal enterprise in UK.

Goldenbets shutters will be coming down soon . The amount off people who have been scammed is attrocious. Many people have reported them to the right authorities myself included. They have not been licensed by Curacao from the end off January 2024. Curacao revoked their licence. They now claim to have an east African licence. Which is not worth the paper it's wrote on. Every one likes the odd punt on the slots for a bit off enjoyment. On this site pragmatic don't work and most off the games freeze if they down load. In 2 decades off on-line gaming I can honestly say it's the worst casino I have ever had the unfortune to sign up to. How they are still up and running is mind boggling. You need to try the site to believe it. Also charge to deposit and withdrawal and don't pay to visa cards only crypto. But yet let you deposit as much as you want on card with deposits going to all sorts off places in Eastern Europe. Stay clear good people. Nothing but heartache.

Yes buddy I still would read the reviews page on trustpilot off goldenbet when I'm bored.lol. I am more than happy playing on all British and pub casinos never an issue. And good RTP.
