Hi, could you show me what the casino wrote to you? I'm assuming you're not aware of anyone using your account, right? 

If it's the case that you are saying that the casino is not telling the truth, I would try to file a complaint with us and our team would investigate.

Hi, sounds great. I dont think anyone used my account. I didnt give it to anyone to use either. The account is verified. I even withdrew funds from it once. I was very surprised by their decision. This is the first time I have seen this.

Today i received this message from them~

For privacy and security reasons, we are unable to disclose the exact details of the violation. However, please know that the decision was made following a thorough review by our compliance team and is in line with our Terms of Use.

We understand this may be disappointing, but this decision is final and the account will remain closed.

I will post the link for you here where you can submit your complaint. Such cases are surely better to investigate and find out what actually happened there if you are unaware of any violations.

Our complaint team will get in touch with them and hopefully find out soon.

When was the last time you had a successful withdrawal from this casino, please?
