At least they processed my withdrawal, I understand casinos and bookies can decide who they make business with or who they accept bets from, but definitely not stating a clear term or condition as to why a restriction is being applied doesn't help anyone

You are absolutely right. It is never nice for a casino to "hide" some terms or even restrictions.

Yes, everytime I see a case of anyone getting banned from a bookie or restricted they never know why the ban or restriction was applied, it's easy to find complaints of users online who got targeted by a bookie for whatever reason and most of the time users have no idea why that happened, mostly because operators use really ambiguous terms to explain the ban, some operators are simply trigger happy

Yep, sadly, bookies and casinos alike are not obliged to explain the full reason; only a vague term usually suffices. Yet in the case of casinos, it's harder to "hide" their silence, or the account restriction behind fraudulent actions made by the player. I think this is much bigger opportunity for bookies. 🤔
