I first stated my problem 4 weeks ago and have made comments since. You responded to the first comment and others, so you should know what this is about....

WOW , it's kind of pathetic that you can't keep your conversations straight, or at least go back and check the conversations out to refresh your memory.....

I apologize that we are unable to meet your expectations, but I recognize that you want us to be aware of every player's backstory. Well, we are at a fair disadvantage given the total ongoing conversations.

By the way, I hope you had a cool Christmas.

Why do not we wait for the complaint to go forward? We only attempt to assist players here on the forum; since we do not fix problems, maybe we can prevent another letdown. Just an idea 🙂.

I'll leave that to you.

Okay, got it. So it's totally okay in your opinion for the casino to not respond to the emails and to not provide the necessary information.

Seems like you are really encouraging fair and transparent behaviour from the casinos, way to go.

Definitely does not seem biased when I provide lots of proof and material and casino simply replies "we have refunded some money for the player".

Would recommed renaming this website "casino guru paid by the casinos".

I didn't say it's okay, but the casino doesn't always have to give you what you want at any cost. 

On the other hand, if our team was interested in it, they know best what to ask for. 

I would be repeating myself unnecessarily because if you see it this way, it's your view.

Warte seit 3 Monaten auf Auszahlung von 1634€ !!! Livecasino Mitarbeiter sind anwesend....Support reagiert nicht und E-Mails kommen nicht bei den pissern an....neue Spiele werden hinzugefügt und Seite ist online ...ZAHLT DA BITTE NICHT MEHR EIN DAS SIE DIE SEITE SCHLIESSEN

Nein wozu ihr helft uns ja nicht und passiert ist seit 3 Monaten auch nichts....
