Such situations are never pleasant if they occur and the casino knows nothing. I think a lot of players would like at least some kind of answer as to what happened.

die Auszahlung kam am nächsten Tag (30. Oktober) im falschen Netzwerk an, aber jetzt ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Auszahlung nicht in der Abrechnung der Site erscheint (ich habe der Beschwerde einen Screenshot beigefügt), also stimmt etwas nicht. Ich habe es dem Betpanda-Support gemeldet und sie sehen es nicht einmal.... Tatsache ist, dass ich den Beleg der Auszahlung per E-Mail habe
