Hi, first of all I would ask you not to put links of this type in your post, because it is forbidden. 

But as for your problem, I'm quite sorry, because from the complaint I've read, your account was already fully verified and now you're doing a additional verification. I'm not sure what to say about the casino telling you that your ID is old. In this situation do you have an alternative or do you have to get a new ID and driving license ?

I hope that this situation will be resolved as soon as possible, although I am not sure if it will be, since the casino says that you have to get new documents. 

Anyway, if something changes or you learn anything new, please let us and other players know. 

I'll be waiting impatiently.

Surely it's wisest that you don't play until everything is resolved. I understand your situation, and I can see how it must be frustrating if your documents are valid everywhere else but this casino. It doesn't make much sense to me if it's like you say. If you were somehow getting a new ID, passport, driving license, would you be able to get it processed so that it has an expiration date when in your country these documents do not have this necessary date ? 

As for the complaints, did you read them before you played in the casino ? Sometimes it can help in deciding whether to play there or not. 

Anyway, I strongly believe that this situation can be resolved. The best thing would be to find a consensus with the casino, but I'm afraid that might not be the case. Nevertheless, any further information from you in the context of this case would be appreciated. I will be waiting.

Terrible casino. From September 21, 2023, my winnings of 200 euros are not paid. They requested additional verification of documents and addresses, I sent everything, the account was verified, but the money was not withdrawn. The withdrawal time limit is 48 hours, but it was violated on their part. They violate their own rules, ignore them in the mail, and in the chat for asking "when will the withdrawal be made?" They issued a ban without answering this question. I think that this casino belongs on the black list. They also do not respond to complaints.

as informed by our support agent, we are required by regulators and payment providers to perform KYC procedures. This includes a current ID. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept already expired ID's or ID's that are that old that it is not possible to recognize the person on it.


We are more than happy to process your withdrawal as soon as we have a current and valid ID.

this withdrawal has already been approved. Furthermore, we have mentioned that the verification of documents and the approval of the first withdrawal might take some more time than the usual few hours our players enjoy. You can find more information about this in the T&C section of the casino.

I understand. However, I had no idea about this regulation and at least I learned something new. But as you said, the situation will require keeping a cool head and being patient. It looks like even after the casino's response it will probably be necessary for you to get a new ID, so if you go ahead with it, don't hesitate to let me know how you get on. Hopefully everything will be fine after that.

Hey. I don't think it's necessary to panic right away if your money hasn't arrived after 2 days. 

However, the casino has said that your withdrawal has already been approved, so I guess it's only a matter of time before you get your money. 

Anyway, it's certainly not nice if you don't get an answer to your question or when you just get banned in chat, I can understand that.

Nevertheless, could you let us know if your withdrawal was successful and you got your money ?

Yes, I mostly agree with you that the casino can't force the player to do anything. It's a great pity when problems of this type occur. 

But we'll see how it develops over time and where it gets to. I'll try to think positive and hope that everything turns out well for you. I'll be waiting for anything new. Take care 🙂

I have been playing in the casino since 02.2023 and until now I have had a lot of deposits and withdrawals without any problem. My initial verification only required an ID card which I provided. During my last deposit and a rolled bonus from my side and a withdrawal amount of 330 euros, I was asked for additional verification (normal).I submitted the documents and after two days the transfer was refused with the argument that I have a duplicate account, and there is no such duplication because I am the only one playing. Please advise what to do?

This is usually where the approach differs. Even if you have accidentally created another account, we believe this should not be a reason for voiding your balance.

Since you are convinced there are no other accounts, it is crucial to understand what makes the casino so certain about it.

Do you have any idea how the casino came to such a conclusion? Have you been told?

This is the answer from them. I tried to write in live chat, but from there they give the same answer. I have no idea where they get information about dubbing profiles. I have one profile and have been playing from it for 6 months.

Hello, ive been playing on bet1000 for a while. I recentlt got my first winnings worth of withdrawing. Everything has been smooth until this situation. First i uploaded my documents thruw site (drivers license and a bank statement as a proof of adress). My withdrawal was canceled by the casino and they asked selfie with id and selfie with "hello bet1000, date, email". Again my wd was canceled and they said selfie id didnt pass so i did another one with passport which is more recently. Then cs said your account is good you can put up a wd again. Then 60 hours later they canceled it again with no reason given to me (needs additional verificarion can be seen on the payment history)Im currently sitting on a chat and waiting for respond. Im very sad as i love the site and games but its worth nothing if you dont get your monies in case of winning.
