I was not even making any profits, I kept losing and suddenly one day I got a notification when logging in says "My account has been blocked" and then I write to the support and they unblocked the account immediately and I thought everything went normal so I made another deposit and played Blackjack and take some profit when I tried to withdraw the money, it wasn't even gone for processing, I have waited for 2-3 days still the same, the withdrawal remained pending, so I decided to talk to the support via Email and they send me a secured link to upload my docs and to complete selfie verification, I have done everything they asked for and the next email I received was that In 14 days I will receive a email from them after checking my game history and its been 14 days and still no response from them, So I'm worried.
