Of course, but there's no license authority that gave license to operate for 1RedCasino.

I've contacted all of them . 1RedCasino doesn't have any valid license to operate especially this year.

Yes,of course, for days 1RedCasino department started to respond about my funds but in repetitive automatic reply. They say I can widrawal 5000 euro per day ,I tell them that my account is disabled and I can't access after that they connect me with another operator, after that the solution is to send an email to vip@1red.com. I do that,i sent more than 500 emails and zero answers. Imagine being folled like this having 27k euro real money to widrawal. Maybe you're department can help me talk with them ,maybe they are willing to solve my unsolved complain? I don't know anymore 😕

Unfortunately, we are unable to help because this casino doesn't want to cooperate on any of the complaints submitted here.

We just hope that our users will be alarmed when they see their low safety index, you know, because that is the only way we can help, to show everyone that this casino is no good.

I see ,they responded to me ,they said you're account can't be reopened but they refused to respond on my widrawal request. They are scamming me ,on chat support they say, please contact vip@1red.com, I do that but they refuse to talk about money,I have 27.130 euro real balance left . Is annoying to see that after more than 1 year they are still holding on my real balance.

Yes,I see they refuse to answer to complains...is extremely frustrating, one example is still pending here...they had 2 weeks and they failed to answer. Shame on this casino !

Finally www.1redeu.com website is down . They where blocked and website shutted down!!! They don't respond to any emails anymore!

They removed the ai generated chat support .

I contacted a law firm located in Curaçao, seems that 1RedCasino can't legally refuse to pay my real balance left. I'm in contact with the new ADR entity.

I'm looking here daily and I see how this casino makes players from all over the world angry, frustrated.

The master head behind this casino is a pure scammer, soon he needs to pay millions in fines.

My unsolved case became also my hobby now, because I don't have anything to lose i want to go to the limits with it. The truth will always win.

I will try my best ,same as you're team is trying the best for outgoing complaints that seems to be alarming, especially the one with more than 100k balance to be paid out. What this small casino does is alarming and is concerning that Curaçao Gaming Authority simply refuse to answer at all. Is there anyone here who got responses from Curaçao? We should open a topic about Curaçao Gaming Authority and force them to take seriously player’s complaints!

I see 1RedCasino as a joker ,some players get they're funds and some no,is this a lottery? A Russian roulette?

I found out that Thunes payment provider is connected with 1RedCasino. They leaked one email from they're department by mistake to my email.

Who of you have Thunes payment provider in they're payment details?

If the casino does not resolve the issue, you can escalate it to a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Operators are now required to provide a link to an ADR service, which is free for players.

This is the new rules from Curaçao Gaming Authority, they are active from last December from what I saw.

1RedCasino failed to provide an ADR link . I asked them on chat support 100 times and they simply refuse to answer.

Please anyone who can help us find out why 1RedCasino refuse to provide on they're website an ADR link for alternative disputes.


Maybe all those who have an active account please ask the casino department about the ADR link.

Would be extremely helpful for the community and for those that have unresolved complaints.

I invite 1RedCasino representative to explain and show us how to fill up a complaint with ADR ,is a must for all casinos licensed by Curaçao Gaming Authority.

A response would be a clear miracle. I have not seen any casino representative in this thread earlier. Based on the Safety §index and your complaint, I would expect this to change. 🙁

In any case, Casino Guru serves as ADR, which is what the authority should keep an eye on. So, considering the regulations, escalating an unresolved case under ADR party should trigger some response from the licensing authority—that's the theory. Yet in practice it does not work very well. 🙁

Yes,Curaçao Gaming Authority are corrupt ,I sent more than 100 emails and everything I got was a standard automated response. Even on they're address for complaints they refuse to respond.

Casino guru platform does alot actually. What is surprising for me ,I got a leaked email from payment provider that was facilitating my first widrawal of 5k . They answered to me and after some long discussions they accidentally sent all internal communication to me . They talk there some weird stuff about business. And they called me "guy" and they are trying to fabric a cute response for me as they're not involved. But the correspondence tread tell everything. When they realized the leaked email they got silent. So now I follow the track of money and I will not give up . I see they stop paying the guy that had left 100k + in widrawals.

What if you're department contact Curaçao Gaming Authority? To add a bit of pressure on them . If I look daily on trust pilot review platform daily someone post about delay with widrawals or account closure.

Are you able to contact Curaçao Gaming Authority on behalf of casinoguru and tell us if they respond about 1RedCasino funds withholding and failure to answer? Maybe they take you're forum into consideration.

I dare to say that your firsthand experience says a lot already. 🙁

However, as far as I know, we at Casino guru have no other channel we could use to let the authority respond to a specific case. Besides, their own instructions prevent anyone else from submitting a request on someone else's behalf.

As a general response for all of us,there are more people that are having issues with 1RedCasino and I saw Curaçao Gaming Authority refuse to take accountability of they're own licensed casinos.Feels like everyone wash they're hands when is about money to be paid.

Well, the way licenses work, the authority is not responsible for casinos' actions. They can "only" assume the depth of the problem and then potentially revoke the license.

I'm not aware of the others you mentioned, yet I believe they are out there, still, when it comes to our processes and the way the licensee works, I still believe that we have much better ground for pursuing the casinos. However, sometimes they truly do not care for fairness at all.

On the other hand, they may pay out others eventually, because the overall winnings are not that much higher than the disputed amount in your complaint.
