Avoid Gambiva at all cost. I opened an account and after 2 deposits of £20 I received a £5 bonus which I won £150 after requesting a withdrawal I immediately received an email from them telling me my withdrawal was under review and that they required certain documents to verify my account. I sent those documents and received a further email telling me my withdrawal would be reviewed and they would get back to me within 48 hours. After waiting 4 days I spoke to someone on the live chat who asked me to verify my email and my phone number which I did there and then. I then waited another 3 days before contacting them again on the live chat to be told my documents could not be verified due the corners ( which contained no information ) were not showing. I challenged the agent about this and further in the conversation he let it slip that the KYC team had not yet looked at them. I asked him how he knew the reason I hadn’t been paid out was to do with " the missing corners " at which point he began backtracking claiming he done sports betting and " guessed " that this was the cause of the problem and that I should wait until the KYC team got emailed me. I then pointed out to him that despite being asked to wait 48 hours I had already waited 7 days and that during that time had received automated replies only said KYC team, his response " they are very busy just now " I pointed out to him that it had taken around 2 minutes to access and review my documents and it doesn’t take anytime at all to reply to an email. At this point he became rather patronising so I informed him I would be cancelling the withdrawal request cancelling and closing my account. I then had to rejoin the live chat to request advice on how to close the account. I spoke to someone claiming to be called Alexia who gave me an email address for the support team advising me to request closure through them, when I asked how long after I emailed them it would take for a reply due the fact every email I had previously sent to the KYC team and the support team had so far been met with silence. I was assured it would be dealt with first thing in the morning when the support team arrived for work. I the proceeded with cancelling my withdrawal request and low and behold after the £150 was back in my account I received an emailed from this same person Alexia letting me know the account was now closed despot the fact 5 minutes earlier she told me she couldn’t close the account and I would have to wait until the morning for it to close. I believe there is no separate KYC or support team and that this crooked operation is run by 3 or 4 people and their sole objective is to gather as much money as they can through deposits then go to extreme length to avoid paying out winnings. Fortunately in my case I had only made 2 minor deposits of £20 unlike some other less fortunate people who have been scammed out of far more. I can only say the slimy cretins are utterly shameful and shameless and should not be entertained in anyway whatsoever.

Ich habe die Vermutung, dass sie nur auszahlen, wenn der Auszahlungsbetrag niedriger als die bisher getätigten Einzahlungen war.


Nachdem ich mich angemeldet habe, habe ich ca. 5000€ eingezahlt und vereinzelt Gewinne erzielt.

Nachdem ich meine ersten beiden Auszahlungen von jeweils 1000€ beantragt und erhalten habe, habe ich einen großen Gewinn von 12.000€ erzielt.

Da das Auszahlungslimt bei 1000€/Tag liegt, habe ich 5 Auszahlungen, je 1000€ beantragt.


Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wurde alles sehr merkwürdig, da am nächsten Tag komischerweise mein VIP Status entfernt wurde und meine Auszahlungen für mehr als eine Woche als "in Bearbeitung" angezeigt wurden. Der Live Chat hat mich immer nur vertröstet und auf meine Emails wurde nicht geantwortet.

Nach mehr als 2 Wochen erhielt ich dann eine Email, dass mein Konto aufgrund von Verstößen gegen die T&C geschlossen wurde. Welche T&Cs ich verletzt haben soll, wurde nicht gesagt.

Angeblich würde ich das bisher eingezahlte Geld innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurückerstattet bekommen.

Hat bisher jemand die Erfahrung gemacht, dass das eingezahlte Geld nach der Kontoschließung tatsächlich zurückgezahlt wurde?


Dieses Casino sieht für mich stark nach Betrug aus.

Ich habe bisher noch keine positive Bewertung gelesen, die sich tatsächlich real angehört hat.

This doesn't sound good at all, especially if the casino did not explain what exactly you have violated according to them.

May I ask how much you were able to withdraw from your winnings, please?

Nachdem ich bereits ca 4000€ eingezahlt habe, wurde mir in zwei Auszahlungen insgesamt 2000€ ausgezahlt.


Als ich dann einen großen Gewinn erzielt habe und insgesamt 5000€ auszahlen wollte, wurden meine Auszahlungen nicht mehr bearbeitet, mein VIP Status entfernt und meine Emails ignoriert.

Hi there. I'm new to this and have obviously been caught in the same Gambiva scam. Waiting on withdrawal for about a week then it got cancelled due to anti money laundering reasons. They said I needed to wager a further £36. I did this then done withdrawal again. £960 been under review now for over a week again. There was live chat at one point but it must have blocked me. Their support replies every about 2 days with generic reply saying taking longer than usual. Has anyone actually got money out of this casino yet?

About the VIP status: it really can be removed because if a player doesn't deposit anymore, the status goes down. It is actually how it works in most casinos.

The thing is that they should explain the situation because it must be really nerve-wracking not to know what is happening. Right?

That is why I believe that you should file a complaint so we can investigate everything well, if possible, of course.

Yeah account fully verified..it took them about 4 days to confirm verification. The problem started when I went to withdraw. There was a live chat but it's no longer there. It's just generic responses from their support team about delays in withdrawal due to loads of people winning and to wait further. But I genuinely don't think they pay out winnings.

Just a follow up reply. After days of waiting I have just received an email saying my withdrawal has again been declined. My login now also doesn't work so I can't even sign in to see why. This is literally the biggest scam casino I've ever seen. This is actually disgusting. Is there anything at all I can do now from this point?

Thanks. I'll give this a try. I honestly can't believe how corrupt this casino is. Takes deposit instantly but rejects withdrawal then closes account for no reason. I'm actually worried now I sent them my documents for verification. Who knows what they actually do with them.

I literally just got the exact same email there. Account closed for breaching terms and conditions. They didn't specify which I breached. I assume winning from them is what breaches their terms and conditions. 960 euro is what I was trying to withdraw from them. How they can get away with this is absolutely insane. Please at least try to warn other people before they lose hundreds or thousands of their money.
