So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. NatWest haven’t done a chargeback for me in over 3 years. Auto decline. Raise a complaint and it’s the same again

All the correct companies the processors confirmed the payment indicators were related to them. When you search them on HMRC they are also all about to be struck off too. Least you have proof for the bank though I guess.

nope i followed up today after i didnt hear back after their initial reply on Monday.

i basically followed up with every single i reached out to (15+ in total) stating that if they can't get back to me around the not received goods by tomorrow i will file chargeback with my credit card company. so at least i have proof i tried solving and waited fair amount of time before tapping into Credit Card Company to help


my initial text to them was similar to below:


Hi xxx,


I am reaching out as i found payments on my Monthly Bill that are linked to your company, where i did not receive any goods or services for.

Please refund at your earliest convenience, otherwise I will have to open a claim with CC company


The Account this needs to be re-credited to is:


XXXXX

IBAN XXXXX

Visa Card XXXXXXXX


Transactions are below:


XXXX


Please confirm receipt and let me know by when you will credit the money back into my account.

just got another email from them:

I can’t fault Barclays - asked for more information. Called them and they said we just want the name of the game but anything else will help, had to fill in 10

more forms which was a long process but the temp refund will be with me after 48 hours from tomorrow while they investigate.

Compared to Chase I think it’s a much better process as you find once the bank give a temp refund the merchants either refund directly or don’t respond. The 45 day wait on Chase plus 10 working days to set up is a nightmare but at least they raise

Not sure, I thought it may be but I have doubts it is. Are they based in Prague? If not then they may not be. Whoever found out Swipez from E0000480 is quality, it’s hard enough finding names when they are listed let alone written in code
