This is the most contact I have had with Zeus Glory in one Day...

Look at the Messages you have sent, Please try to send the message as a one instead of a 10 a time please Matthew.

We sent every payment to the card directly. Including Latest transaction in the UK. Bank Transfers take longer than a transaction directly to the card. (And yes again I will repeat we sent the latest transaction to the UK using bank card, not the SEPA).

We tried sending 2 of your cards, but that did not work, That is why now we will use the SEPA method to send directly to your bank, I can update you daily if there is something to update, But please let's agree to stop the spam in chat and emails.

I told you trying a second bank card was a waste of time as it would not work in the UK! I told you that about 8 days ago, but you still wanted to try it.

A SEPA payment can be done and paid I'm instantly! Let's just do it and I can leave you all alone.

We let's agree that you update me everyday until i get my money, just a short email of what the financial department is doing. If you agree I won't need to contact other members of staff on email and Chat... I think after the disgusting way I have been treated it's a very small ask.

Do we agree?

Now the spam and chat messages he's taking about is me trying to contact them but being constantly ignored, so i kept truying until someone got back to me.

So they understand a SEPA payment is needed, (which can be done instantly) ...but I'm still waiting.

Let's see if they keep their promise of daily updates and.... again how long will it take for me to recieve my withdrawal.....

Yea but that's from pushing the button to send it to me, I don't think they have even done that yet.

Hi.

They were talking about the problem with the bank being that they won't accept the withdrawal going on to a credit or debit card, what they don't understand (I've told them loads of times) In the UK it is not possible to receive any money direct to a bank card, it must go through the bank. - hence why it must be an International bank transfer. There's no problem with the bank, and if they transfered the withdrawal into my bank account witg the details i have given them,then the money willl go in straight away.


They have everything they need to pay me, they have confirmed they know how they need to pay me, -- but they still have failed to do so.

My mistake. I was unaware that it had to do with the card. About a week ago, I read that Australia had also implemented card transaction restrictions, following the UK's lead, but somehow, I forgot.

I appreciate you bringing this up to me. It is unfortunate that the staff at the casino is equally confused. Professionals ought to be among them.

It is my sincere hope that the complaint procedure will work well. Please make sure to provide the Complaint Team with any useful information, particularly the most recent updates.

Either way, others ought to take a similarly sensible and responsible tack. The idea, in my opinion, is to look for information anywhere and be prepared to invest some time in the process. It is not that Casino Guru should be the exclusive information source; comparison is important.

i dont mind at all, this is wonderful to hear! yes this is very true, try to do as much research as possible, take information from as many trusted sources as possible, then you can make more informed choices when it comes to chosing a place to gamble at. but i just want to say, i think you and your entire team are doing a great job here and i have a lot of respect for the work you put in to this site.

So as you can see they know how to make payment, they know they need to make payment..... yet they still haven't.

....their meant to be emailing me with another update today, (If of course they do) the only acceptable email now from them is they have paid me..... let's see what today's update is. I know they haven't tried to pay me yet as my balance is still showing on my account, until they goes I know they still haven't stated the process's to pay me. They say bank transfers take longer but they still haven't started the process yet. See photo below file

Not yet, but I do I understand they are in costa rica or America so I understand that it's still early there, however I will be expecting them to email me by around 5pm UK time. ... we shall see

We have been closely paying attention to the discussion on this forum and again we are willing to provide our point of view and maybe make it more clear for all the parties and the readers.


First of all I would like to emphasize that transfers to the UK cards are not restricted, We are still to this day able to make a international card transfers to the UK Cards without a problem, It is specific banks that have such policies. And we do tens if no hundreds of daily transactions in a such manner.


As for ongoing discussion with Sausages12 case, Please also confirm that our financial department has tried making transactions to 2 of your credit cards twice already but it got declined.


As for the wait times, Our Financial Department processes all the pending transactions in order of the queue , As I can see you have canceled your request couple of times now, which logically moves your request further in the queue and now you do not have funds in a withdrawal queue at all, you have funds on your balance.


I would advise to request withdrawal again of the funds you wish to be withdrawn again and We will process them as fast as possible.

It is not possible to process direct onto bank cards in the UK. It must be an International bank transfer.


You tried making the card payments to two bank cards, even though I told Lucas that it is not possible, yet he still asked me to do it. - that was your company wasting time

I canceled the transcation because I was told to try a second new Card, that didn't work as you said you needed to do an International bank transfer. So I canceled it agai so you can take the balance and do a SEPA payment.


...Zeus glory, explain to me how I am meant to request the withdrawal when the only option to withdraw the money is on a bank card.... a bank card that can't take withdrawal?? See attached photo..

....Zeus Glory, where is the SEPA payment option? The canceled transactions were because of YOUR staff telling me to try a second payment, so acording to Lucas, im not in the normal Queue because the financial department must do a special payment for me. ... next question/ statement from zeus glory?

Get yout facts right and then come back on this forum with an update. (By the way I have every email from Lucas and your team and a screenshot of every conversation I have had with Michael and Anna. (What £3,000/£4,000 shoes is Michael wearing today?)

So 9 hours ago, I was told by email to put my money on withdrawal to a bank card, doesn't matter what bank card because the money will go to the bank account details I have already given them

So regarding giving me daily updates, it would appear that promise so far has already been broken less then 24 hours after it was made to me by Zeus Glory.... Please don't get me started on going on chat and using every other means of communication within your company to get someone to talk to me again.. now we don't want me doing that again now do we?....

Zeus Glory, may I offer you some business advice?

If you spent the same amount of time, effort and energy solving the complaints rather then defending your company on here (not very well might I add) Then you won't need to be on here defending complaints, because they would already been solved. Ironic really.

What new casino players want to see when picking a new casino to play is watching someone make a complaint on here about a casino and then watch how and how quick the casino solves the problem, because if they have the same problem themselfs they can see how you handle it, in this case I think your going to be losing more new players then receiving them.
