Hallo, ich habe mich gestern in diesem Casino angemeldet und es einmal getestet.
Die Einzahlungen wurden schnell verarbeitet und ich finde es hat eine gute Spiele Auswahl.
Jedoch habe ich direkt ein Problem mit dem Play N‘ Go Spiel Rise of Merlin.
Ich habe Freispiele auf einem Einsatz von 2,50 € und habe insgesamt 225 € gewonnen.
Das Guthaben wurde allerdings nie auf meinem Wallet geschrieben.
Ich habe den Support kontaktiert, welcher den Spiele Provider angeschrieben hat.
Nach ein paar Stunden sagte man mir, dass ich angeblich das Gamble Feature direkt nach den Freispiel genutzt habe und dabei verloren habe. Das wäre wohl der Grund, warum das Geld nicht meinem Account gutgeschrieben wurde.
Dies habe ich jedoch nicht getan. Ich habe nach meinem Gewinn ganz normal weiter gespielt, ohne ein Feature zu betätigen.
Der Support hat jetzt ein Video vom Provider angefordert. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass diese Angelegenheit geklärt wird, denn diese Vorwürfe stimmen absolut nicht.
Gibt es vielleicht noch etwas anderes, was ich hier tun kann, um das zu beweisen?
Kann mir hier eventuell jemand helfen?

The problem is Fixed, We immediately contacted Provider to solve the problem, Provider had confirmed that it was a problem on their end . We immediately Refunded Won amount and informed the player about it. Thank you for your patience pascal and I'm glad the case was decided and you are happy with the result 🙂

I signed up and deposited via LTC and after 30 min of waiting it finally shows that its confirmed in my wallet but hasn't been credited to my account. Ive messaged support several times been waiting for a response twenty min at least and nothing. Issue is fixed now and bonus is applied. The problem was that user Activated Bonus for USDTT Currency and made a Deposit in different Currency which caused the confusion. We activated bonus for kbdallas22 and started playing with no issues . Thank you for choosing Zeusglory

I am sorry you feel that way about our Casino. But the truth is you made deposits won around 2500€ and then lost the funds in slot games and never tried to withdraw your wins. Then after you lost the amount you requested us to refund the amount and accused us that we are using fake games and more. We have tried to explain everything via Email and Chat. But instead of settling you keep accusing us with non existant accusations over and over.
Again We never promised we would refund you the amount you lost in Slots.
I sincerely hope we can stop the false accusations and move on.
