yeah they said i need to verify i sent all my documents in but then they send an email that says i i deposit and withdraw using crypto i dont need to verify they took away my bonus but i dont care they still owe me after they send the email i still send in my documents any ways but they send the email saying well let me show you file

If you feel the casino is shady, submit a complaint. There is nothing I can do - I'm the forum admin, not a complaint handler or casino employee - I'm sorry.

Would be good to present your gaming history if you decide to submit a complaint about the RTP.

Are you supposed to get verified or not? 😀 I mean, it's standard to get verified first in order to withdraw the winnings. But as far as I can tell based on this email, they operate differently.

Anyway, are we talking about the KYC verification or just a payment option verification? Can you tell?

ok this is what i did i went on trustpilot went thru reviews i found one that had a response for them to message this pitboss@yabbycasino.com so i wrote an email to there saying whats up are your terms just for you at your bidding to do what you want are you stand up people or scammers it seems like right after that they approved me so i went to do my withdrawl everything seemed fine but i knew there would be something so i checked my junkmail and saw an email that said if im going to finalize the withdrawl reply to this email which is funny because it dosent accept replys so i had to go to chat and get no awnsers but i guess they finally just sent it i have never had so many problems except with a casino called betbigdollar there bad to and i play on alot of platforms i should ,make a youtube showing start to finish all casinos

no still having issues they say its been processed but it hasnt shown up on blockchain and i got theseemails i should really send them in this place is not clear at all doesnt help and you have to fight to get what is your s its horrible they lie there shady they contridict everything

lemme say i finally see it on the blockchain but man i know how this works ive been playing online for years ive tried all kinds of places yabby is so not helpful unclear that it made me almost lose my cool completely which all of this could have been avoided me spending hours trying to get it straight its like they did not want to pay they had me jumping through hoops fighting sending screenshots galore pretending they dont know and cant contact anyone which i believe is probobly true they probobaly do that to support im sorry for bring this the way i did but i hope others see this and are prepared for what they will go through i feel like they hazed me to use there site theres much better places to go to you dont treat paying patrons this way thank youy for your help and this service 🙂 so much

yeah that site is not the best i still went through hell then i gave them another try and blah no good i play alot of sites i think the best one ive had never even once had to contact support is ignition ive never ever had to talk to support ever i think that a huge plus but man bitbetwin just ripped me off check this out filefile

I see that in the screenshots you came across a problem with BitBetWin. Did you manage to solve it successfully or do you still have a problem ? I think this should be a MASSIVE BIG RED FLAG and should be noted on all forum topics related to Yabby, Brango, Extreme, Limitless, Timeless and Firefox.


WIth BTC taking a 3% drop, perhaps the doggy owners are trying to maximize profits and minimize losses? Or we have all seen these red flags before when casinos are getting ready to do the big EXIT and take everyone money......


As far as I can see they have no issues with their wallats on the blockchain., they own the third party processor which is them, so in all fairness their should be no reason they cant make any withdrawls. Its now bee over 24 hours and approaching 48 hours with no outgoing payments.


Any online casino that has spent so much on marketing and building up a brand would simply use their back up payment processor system, instead of burning players for 24-48 hours with lies and rubbish excuses.


Dosnt make any sense...

I can verify this - I am waiting small withdraw 200.00 - first it would be a couple of hours, then an email saying within 8 hours, then again within a couple of hours, now today saying withing 24 hours....only saying their processor is not working. I will say in the past Yabby and Extreme were very good and fast.


They have not responded to my emails today.

According to other player info related to Casino Extreme, all payment options have vanished. Casino approved they're having trouble.

From my point of view and experiences the reason for this may actually be a third-party payment provider company, usually shared services across the group handling all transactions.

If this is the case, the issue is not on the casino side. 🙁

Anyway, as I see now, the player just recently updated the issue:

"Things took a bit over 24 hours, but the Casino withdrawal options finally returned and I was able to collect the full amount owed me, via Litecoin. The withdrawal took a couple hours to receive"

Yes, the processor. That's what I thought.

But still, I believe it is just a temporary issue this group of casinos is well established. As we all know, S**t just happens sometimes.

S#it might sometimes "JUST HAPPEN" however the reputation and trust of an online casino relies on fast, truthful and open communication from the casino and casino representatives.

Even if its a third party payment processor then is 1000% the responsibility of the casino as its their business that chose the service and requires the service to operate. Any modern casino online should have 2-3 back up or fall over providers in the case that one fails. 3-4 days of leaving players in the dark and no withdrawals is just not acceptable by any standard and will no doubt result in a massive drop in deposits for the next 1-3 months most certainly.
