Hello, i played a lot on this site, even became VIP. But unfortunately 2 weeks ago my account got blocked for an unkown reason. That day i deposited, withrew 20% of my deposit and after small play/bet i requested a withdrawal, next morning i tried to log in but an error account " account blocked ". I contacted VIP support and they said they won't approve my withdrawal and my account will not get unblocked but didn't say any specific reason. Could someone help me resolve this issue?

I had a really bad experience today. i deposited 40$ and they riped out of me 5$.(credited only 35$ they even send me one email saying your 35$ was deposited) fileThis is the first time i experience this, I reached them and they are investigating the incident.

Ich wollte einen sehr unangenehmen Vorfall melden.

Ein paar Tage vor der Auszahlung meines wöchentlichen Cashbacks fragte ich im Chat der Website nach den Umsatzbedingungen. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Betrag dreimal umgesetzt werden müsse, um für Cashback berechtigt zu sein, und dass er echtem Geld entspreche.

Als ich heute Morgen das Cashback heruntergeladen habe, stellte ich fest, dass der Betrag einem Bonus entsprach und die Spielbedingungen x5 statt x3 lauteten. Außerdem war das Cashback nicht für alle Spiele gültig, wie mir zuvor mitgeteilt worden war.
