Good evening, I made a withdrawal at Twin Casino, I have sent all my documents which were approved. The strange thing is that, although they told me the documents were approved, they also said that it could take up to 30 days for the withdrawal to be processed. I asked if something like this is mentioned in the terms, and they said no, so obviously I did not agree to this.

Hi, when did you enter the withdrawal? I wouldn't agree with that either, and if it takes more than the 14 days we give casinos to pay out a player, I'd reach out and file a complaint. 

If they don't even have it in the terms and conditions it doesn't seem fair to me and waiting a month for money is not normal. 

So be sure to let me know how it goes and if nothing happens in the time mentioned, we will try to help.

It seems to me like a really long verification process indeed. But at least they did inform you about it, right?

What are you going to do now? Just wait, or would you try to file a complaint, I wonder?🤔

Since it's not in the rules, I will obviously file a complaint. From what I've seen, they do this deliberately to many players who make quick withdrawals. It doesn't make sense for the verification to take exactly 30 days.

I also think that the best step would be a complaint because a month for verification is quite enough. I can't imagine what a casino can check for that long, so our team will try to assist. 

If the verification ends sooner or you have new information about anything, feel free to share it.
