I waited from 3/12/2023 to 16/12/2023 to withdraw my money but could not. I contacted their license provider antillephone and the casino mentioned that i did not make the right process to withdraw . They also mentioned that i did not enter an IBAN, but i was trying to withdraw to my mastercard , why would I input an IBAN?! In the entire process of trying to withdraw i did not see any place where i should put the IBAN. That’s why i want a video shot to show antiellephone that no IBAN is required and they purposely ignored my withdrawals for 2 weeks. If i get this video, license provider might refund me the money

The casino permanently closed my account so i cannot do the video shot by myself.

Well, I think if you lost your money and now you're going to try to prove the truth, it's going to be tough. Especially with this license. When you didn't see any IBAN there, did you communicate with the casino what they are talking about ? You always have to be patient and ask if there are any issues and of course some alternative if you couldn't withdraw with your card. 

Also, when you file a complaint, it is best not to do anything with the money because if it turns out like this, it is impossible to help. 😕

Worst casino I ever played. Everything is ok untill you win something and it comes to withdrawals. They have 99 excuses to keep waste your time and not to pay. "Payment is made wait 3 days" "Oops, payment provider error, we will contact them" Contacting for X days. Im waiting for 5 withdrawals 10 days yet, and still same story. They are a scam, support manager is tragic

Anyone knows a way to sue them legally or by court? They scammed me with $3,000 and as a Palestinian , this amount would completely change my life.

i already contacted their license antiellephone , the worst license in history, and they replied once only and took the casino’s side and closed the case without any explanation

Hi, I see you've been waiting for the withdrawals for a while. I also noticed that you've managed to lodge a complaint and Veronika told you in it that we give casinos 14 days to sort out everything they need. If that doesn't happen and you don't have the money, then our team will intervene and contact the casino. 

However, I'm sorry if you keep getting another reason why you don't have the money yet, because it's definitely not nice and it shouldn't be like this. Have you already verified your account here or did the casino not need any documents from you ?

Hello, according to what I saw you decided to lose the money in the casino, so I don't know how they should help you when you did that. I'm sorry, of course, but it's hard to sort things out in cases like this.

What they asked lately after days of withdrawal atempts, is bank statement to prove that I did not get the money. I gave them, and now they said that they are contacting their payment provider, to know what went wrong from their side. I keep getting asked to wait. No other documents asked, I have my account verified a month ago or so.

When i were loosing, and got some minor winnings, withdrawal seemed to work good.

After few winning sessions, problems started.

Regarding the fact that you waited 2 weeks, I know that it is not easy at all and every player would like to have the money in his account as soon as possible. If such things happen, you have the option to file a complaint with us as you had, and wait until the team has done everything they can.

Yes, I feel that some casinos are prone to this kind of thing and I'm quite sorry about that. But let's not get ahead of ourselves and the fact that they will investigate it is good news. 

Unfortunately, apart from waiting, there is nothing more we can do now, so hopefully it will be over soon and they will tell you where the problem is. 

I will keep waiting for your next report, hopefully a positive one.

Sehr gut an alle. Ich warte seit fast 9 Monaten auf die Lösung einer Klage gegen das Tsars Casino. Ich habe alle erforderlichen Unterlagen eingereicht und Dutzende E-Mails gesendet, aber im Online-Chat auf der Tsars-Website wird mir immer wieder gesagt, dass es ihnen leid täte, dass ich warten musste, und dass sie mit der Verwaltungsabteilung sprechen würden, um den Prozess zu beschleunigen, was natürlich nicht passiert. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um dasselbe Problem, für das ich um Hilfe gebeten habe. Die Sache mit Antillephone NV ist, dass ich in den mehr als zwei Jahren, in denen ich versucht habe, mich über diese Art von Aktivität zu beschweren, nie eine Antwort von ihnen erhalten habe (und nach dem, was ich in diesem Forum gelesen habe, bin ich nicht der Einzige, dem das passiert ist). Sorry to tell you this but tsars casino are the biggest scam in history holding the worst license ever. They withheld my winnings of 3,000$ for over a month saying that they cannot find any suitable withdrawal option for my country. I contacted askgamblers and casinoguru , but they refused to help me since i got frustrated after a month and lost the money. I also contacted antiellphone but they never helped . I think we need to take legal actions against them
