So far, my experience with this casino has been positive, and I’ve enjoyed playing here. However, I want to share a current situation regarding a withdrawal that’s worth noting.


First withdrawal request: Submitted at 10:46 and cancelled at 12:24, despite my account being fully verified and all required documents provided.

Second withdrawal request: Submitted at 12:31, and as of 14:26, no action has been taken.



For context:


My previous withdrawal on October 15th, while already fully verified, was processed in under 1 hour and 15 minutes, even during the same hours of the day.

I am already fully verified at several other casinos within the DAMA-NV group, showing that I am a trusted, active player across their network.

I have a long history of deposits and i’ve already made a prior withdrawal here.

I’ve submitted all requested documents, including additional supporting documents to make sure everything is complete.

I still have $53.30 left in my account untouched and have paused all play until this withdrawal is fully processed.


I hope this can be resolved without any further issues. I’ll continue to update the community as the situation develops

What is concerning here is that the delay appears inconsistent with standard procedure. The verification team reportedly "has not started their shift" yet it is mid-business day on a Thursday, and my previous withdrawal during the same hours went through quickly. On top of that, live chat has suddenly become unavailable, cutting off the ability to follow up in real time. Taken together, this strongly suggests a psychological stalling tactic, a deliberate approach designed to slow withdrawals and observe player reactions.

I know that if you are used to a certain standard at a casino, it is probably strange when it is not the same the next time. In any case, if you only have to wait a few hours, I wouldn't make a big deal out of it. It's good to inform other players about this process, but on the other hand, I think you would find many more casinos today that don't pay out money so quickly. 

It's definitely great that you always deliver everything quickly, and that's fine. I just want to tell everyone that casinos don't always pay out money so quickly. Since you had to withdraw immediately before, at least you know that the money will get to you, you just have to be patient.
