Support responded a day later that they suspected multiple accounts and scanned some other bet ID. What this could mean is unclear.
Sports betting on a quarter win in the NBA is the top league in the world. In their opinion, if anyone else bets on a quarter win, it's a case of multiple accounts. Oh my god, how absurd is this. According to their theory, there's no one in the world who would bet on a quarter win in the NBA.
This is just a pathetic excuse for a casino that accepts sports bets.
Either don't accept sports bets anymore, remove sports, or switch to a reliable provider that will pay out money!!
