I have been trying to withdraw from superboss for a month now and every withdrawal is rejected. I deposited with revolut which they now have removed as a withdrawal option so they just tell me use another but then when its rejected they just tell me " try again " but it doesnt work. They are telling me to use crypto to deposit and withdraw but surely I shouldnt have to do that? I just want to withdraw my money in real money and not crypto please help me.

Sie sagen mir, ich solle mit SEPA abheben und es sei ok, dass ich nicht mit SEPA eingezahlt habe, offensichtlich, weil es das gar nicht gibt? Sie haben nur Kryptowährungen, die Einzahlungen und Abhebungen entsprechen, also sollte es offensichtlich funktionieren, aber sie werden immer wieder abgelehnt und jedes Mal sagen sie nur, ich solle es noch einmal versuchen, es liegt wahrscheinlich an technischen Problemen, aber ja, ich konnte seit Monaten keine Abhebungen vornehmen und habe alle Methoden ausprobiert. Können Sie mir bitte helfen? Ich habe das starke Gefühl, dass sie einfach nicht wollen, dass ich abhebe.
