Hi used this casino just over a month ago . Firstly I was told by agent I could only draw 100.00 or more so I only had 90.00 I carried on winning 280.00 takes 24/72 hrs to get well 1 month later of trying to withdraw my winnings and support emails don't reply and agents tell you same rubbish repeatedly it's pending it dissappear out of ur account then it pops back in ur balance I didn't have the bonus and I spent 25.00 and it was my first time playing so I don't know what to do as they won't speak to me anymore this is a bloody scam

The casino comes across as ok but when you need support all you get is sarcasm and no support. I think they need to revisit their views on supporting customers. A waste of time. The features are never activated and it’s a disappointing experience overall.

Hi, I played spinsdeluxe and banked £900 I was told that it takes 7-21 days for it to go into my bank but it still hasn't and its been over 21 days. I have spoken to live chat and emailed support THREE times and have heard nothing!. Please HELP ME to resolve this. Thank you
