I had a couple that was successful just waiting to hear for the other ones. Also when I was doing that it said some of them had been set up as a recurring payment so this site is defo a scam.

I asked them on the chat that I was worried they weren’t legitimate and that they don’t pay their customers withdrawals, this was their response: ‘If everything is according to our Terms and Conditions, you have nothing to worry about.’ Hmmm

They say that to shut us up. There won't be no withdrawels hun. My friend as waited 9 weeks and others here waited months. Lesson learnt for me . Although I'm gutted because my withdrawel would help me out alot and I really need the funds. X

Despite it seeming like the casino has decided to ruin its reputation by not paying out, would you also consider submitting your own complaint about delayed payment?

I imagine it may sound weird, but the more complaints unresolved, the sooner its Safety Index will be devastated. Which seems like a fair idea, if you ask me.

Do you think you might be able to use the chargeback if all else fails? Since the casino has not persuaded me that they are making every effort to pay out its players, I see no harm in trying in this case.

I am on day 28. Spoke to them yesterday and was told I am still within the time frame? My maths must be really bad. I told them to stop scamming people and pay them their money. I am now binned from chat lol.

Hey, I see you're not the only one, other people are dealing with exactly the same situation as you, which I'm quite sorry to say. The casino hasn't said anything to you at all about the situation, so why did this happen? Did you need to verify? Were you playing with a bonus or not?
