i have touched base with the casino many times and have had my withdrawal approved although nothing has come through?

I had to submit pdf bank statement to prove I hadn’t been paid out the winnings. And then once I did that the money returned into my casino account. I then withdrew again and now same thing? It’s taking forever.

Was my preferred casino, have deposited a fair bit in the last couple of years, but can someone tell me that a word like "Gift" written on Wheel of Fortune chance game Would only be rightly assumed by the winner that the gift would obtain a valid playable prize would it not?
The wheel is dual coloured mostly made up of red bonus tiles including 1 "No Win" space and theres one in amongst the mix thats green. Its the only one that is green, further more the tile is labeled "Secret Gift". It would be fair to rightly assume this win on the wheel when you land on its all important glory that you would definitely be recieving something special in form of playable bonus spins or chips no matter what right? Not only that, when you do land on it the prompt box states You've Won Secret Gift, Contact support for further information" so naturally this would be quite a thrilling experience you've won the item that stands out on the board that you immediately contact support only to be told (and mind you it took a long time for the rep to return) unfortunately you spun Nothing?!?

Hi, after reading this I was wondering if you have some screenshots and if you would like to open a complaint. If you didn't get anything and you should have, then it seems pretty unfair to me.
Also, as for the money you didn't withdraw for unknown reasons, the casino didn't explain to you why that happened ? This is also another factor why I would definitely try to file a complaint, because it is not fair in my opinion.

Its my fault i didnt read the print. Wheb i read it none of it applied to me. Winni ngs were not from a bonus. When they took the first 5000. I got so angry I was like f this I'm winning it back. I made big bets with baccarat I almost lost everything got back up to 9000. Went to withdraw 4000. Same thing happens they tell me I'm playing with bonus funds they take the 4000. If I had bonus money it would be impossible to bet 1.5k hands on the table.Funny thing is the bonus says "award" cash bonus, so far from that. The casino makes a bit of a mess of it, because even Adam doesn't really understand what bonus you have used or what the casino is talking about. The best thing to do is to wait and hopefully everything will be cleared up and the casino will be able to resolve the situation fairly and provide Adam with everything he needs.
The fact that they have closed your account for the time being is probably a good thing, because at least this way you won't continue to play and further problems won't arise and the whole situation will be hopefully resolved.
