Hi dear teeam i just created an account here with these casino, i have won 220 euros, they put it in my bonus not on my balance, and when im trying to withdraw they said you dont have enough funds..

Hello I have. my game history and my history deposit which I can show you so I am completely sure, the casino does not communicate, it does not present livechat and ignores my emails they replied to me once for around twenty emails, for tell me to quote the user name and send the kyc documents but no longer responded. Yes, unfortunately the casino has no license, so the answer you got is correct. 

As far as the verification is concerned, you still haven't managed to pass it successfully ? If it has been going on for more than two weeks, which looks like it from when you first wrote, and the casino is not trying to help you and is ignoring you, then I recommend filing a complaint on this link

Our team will try to investigate what happened and help you.

The casino has not yet resolved any complaints and has a low safety index and a lot of warnings. So I wouldn't be surprised if they don't respond to your complaint after all. 

However, I won't jump the gun yet and we'll see what happens. If you have any new information, don't hesitate to let me know, because I'm quite interested to see how it turns out.
