I suggest you focus your full attention on the complaint instead of this forum. If you believe a casino is a scam because you suspect they use bots or AI, I have very little to add. You have addressed us the very same way as the casino and I told you it was not appropriate. Calm down, and start acting reasonably, please.

I believe that you wrote about the issue with your account closure from your complaint. Right?

I am really sorry for the whole situation there, and I hope that our complaint team will be able to intervene.

The most important thing in such cases is to clearly state the reason for closing the account, and then the casino should react immediately whenever it is due to gambling issues, of course.

Yes i did that a couple times true mail and chat. But still my account is open. They really dont care…

Hello, yes I send them so much emails and contact the chat also, I don’t understand what they are doing to players that say they have a gambling problem. They taking advantage of them by letting the account open. I never had this by any other casino and believe me I played a lot.
